Abstract

本实用新型涉及一种快速制动手钮机构,针对现有同类产品结构设计欠佳的技术问题而设计。该手钮机构的固定螺套外径的凹槽内设有橡胶套;其要点是所述A管的一端与固定圈一端的内径连接,该端固定圈的外径设有固定圈槽,固定圈的另一端内径设有内锥面;所述B管的管孔端设有锁紧衬套,锁紧衬套一端的外径设有外锥面,锁紧衬套的外锥面套入固定圈的内锥面;固定螺套的螺套孔通过固定螺钉固定于固定圈的固定圈槽。通过旋转橡胶套带动活动螺套沿管件方向水平上下移动实现该手钮机构的锁紧和放松。其设计合理,使用方便,结构稳定,锁紧力大、不易产生失效情况,锁紧牢固;适用于三脚架的脚管调节和锁紧,以及同类产品的结构改进。

快速制动手钮机构
技术领域
本实用新型涉及三脚架的手钮机构,是一种快速制动手钮机构。
背景技术
三脚架是用于稳定相机、摄影机、摄像机等设备,以达到特定摄影、拍摄效果的装置,其一般由云台和架体组成,架体由三根支撑架和一根中心主架组成。为便于云台的高度调节,每根支撑腿由一组脚管组成,脚管之间通过手钮机构调节和固定。如中国专利文献中披露的授权公告号CN201589047U,授权公告日2011年9月22日,实用新型名称“一种三脚架脚管锁紧装置”;该三脚架脚管锁紧装置包括有一端与上管相连的螺纹套管,该螺纹套管另一端的内壁与下管之间形成下端开放的容置腔,该容置腔内设有至少一个套设在下管上的锁紧圈,所述锁紧圈上设有开口,所述螺纹套管外侧套连有一锁紧旋钮,该锁紧旋钮下端设有一防止所述锁紧圈从容置腔中滑脱的收口。上述结构中螺纹套管的锁紧力较差,结构的稳定性欠佳。同时,现有同类产品中活动螺套与固定螺套在完全脱开时,容易造成内部锁紧衬套脱开移位;从而如要再锁紧时,锁紧衬套没有放在正确地位置,会使锁紧功能失效。
发明内容
为克服上述不足,本实用新型的目的是向本领域提供一种通过上下旋转移动实现脚管间锁紧和放松的快速制动手钮机构,使其解决现有同类产品应用于三脚架时锁紧力不足,以及在放松状态后再锁紧时锁紧功能容易失效的技术问题。其目的是通过如下技术方案实现的。
一种快速制动手钮机构,该手钮机构设置于A管与B管之间,B管的管孔通过外径对称设置的挡块的块内凸筋套入A管内,该手钮机构固定于A管的一端;B管通过该手钮机构在A管内调节和固定位置。该手钮机构包括固定圈、橡胶套、密封圈、固定螺套、塑胶圈、锁紧衬套、活动螺套、固定螺钉,所述固定螺套外径的凹槽内设有橡胶套;其结构设计要点是所述固定螺套的一端设有密封圈,固定螺套与密封圈构成的腔体内设有固定螺套、塑胶圈、锁紧衬套、活动螺套;即该手钮机构的固定螺套、挡块、塑胶圈、锁紧衬套、活动螺套通过密封圈固定于固定螺套内。所述A管的一端与固定圈一端的内径连接,该端固定圈的外径设有固定圈槽,固定圈的另一端内径设有内锥面;所述B管的管孔端设有锁紧衬套,锁紧衬套一端的外径设有外锥面,锁紧衬套的外锥面套入固定圈的内锥面;固定螺套的螺套孔通过固定螺钉固定于固定圈的固定圈槽。该手钮机构中A管与B管之间的位置通过锁紧衬套的外锥面与固定圈的内锥面套合锁紧,通过锁紧衬套的外锥面与固定圈的内锥面脱离放松;即通过旋转橡胶套带动活动螺套沿管件方向水平上下移动实现该手钮机构的锁紧和放松。
所述固定圈的内锥面设有固定槽,锁紧衬套的外锥面设有固定筋,内锥面的固定槽与外锥面的固定筋扣合。上述结构使锁紧衬套的外锥面与固定圈的内锥面之间锁紧和放松位置进一步稳定,提高了锁紧力和防失效功能。
所述锁紧衬套的另一端与活动螺套连接。通过活动螺套保证固定螺套与锁紧衬套之间的相对转动,使固定螺套的转动不影响锁紧衬套的锁紧和放松状态。
所述锁紧衬套的该端外径设有衬套圈槽,衬套圈槽内设有外凸筋;活动螺套的内径设有内圈筋,内圈筋设有螺套槽,锁紧衬套的衬套圈槽与活动螺套的内圈筋扣合,衬套圈槽的外凸筋与内圈筋的螺套槽扣合。上述结构使锁紧衬套与活动螺套连为一体,并相互之间较难产生相互位移,提高了锁紧力和防失效功能。
所述固定圈外径的固定圈槽内设有塑胶圈,固定螺钉通过固定螺套的螺套孔与橡胶圈的胶圈孔连接,橡胶圈设有开口。通过橡胶圈使固定圈与固定螺套之间的转动进一步稳定。
所述锁紧衬套的两端分别设有长槽孔。长槽孔使锁紧衬套具有一定伸缩功能,从而使锁紧衬套的一端便于与活动螺套扣合,另一端便于与固定圈的内锥面套合,在锁紧时能增加与B管接触面积。
所述A管与B管的内径分别设有管内凸筋。管内的凸筋使A管与B管之间的相对位移进一步稳定。
本实用新型通过上下旋转移动实现脚管间的锁紧和放松,其设计合理,使用方便,结构稳定,锁紧力大、不易产生失效情况,锁紧牢固;适用于三脚架的脚管调节和锁紧、同类产品的管件调节和锁紧,以及同类产品的结构改进。

具体实施方式
现结合附图,对本实用新型结构和使用作进一步描述。如图1所示,该手钮机构包括固定圈2、橡胶套3、密封圈4、固定螺套5、塑胶圈7、锁紧衬套8、活动螺套9、固定螺钉11;如图5~图8所示,B管10的管孔1001通过外径对称设置的挡块6的块内凸筋601套入A管1内,A管与B管的内径分别设有管内凸筋100。该手钮机构固定于A管的一端,固定螺套外径的凹槽内设有橡胶套,固定螺套、塑胶圈、锁紧衬套、活动螺套固定于固定螺套与密封圈构成的空腔内。固定圈的一端内径设有内锥面201,内锥面设有固定槽203,固定圈的另一端外径设有固定圈槽202;固定螺套的固定圈端设有螺套孔501;塑胶圈一侧设有开口,塑胶圈设有胶圈孔701;锁紧衬套的一端外径设有外锥面801,外锥面设有固定筋805,锁紧衬套的另一端外径设有衬套圈槽802,衬套圈槽内设有外凸筋804,锁紧衬套的两端分别设有长槽孔803;活动螺套的锁紧衬套端内径设有内圈筋901,内圈筋设有螺套槽902。
如图1、图3~图8所示,装配时,先将固定圈与A管固定连接,固定圈的固定圈槽内设置塑胶圈;锁紧衬套通过内圈筋、螺套槽与活动螺套的衬套圈槽、外凸筋扣合,使锁紧衬套固定在活动螺套内。将密封圈固定在固定螺套上,再将活动螺套组件通过螺牙拧到固定螺套端部,B管穿过固定螺套组件,再把侧面档块装上,套入A管内,使固定圈的内锥面与锁紧衬套的外锥面套合,内锥面的固定槽与外锥面的外凸筋套合,固定螺套的螺套孔与塑胶圈的胶圈孔对齐,固定螺钉旋入固定螺套的螺套孔,固定螺钉穿入塑胶圈的胶圈孔。固定螺套外径的凹槽套入橡胶套,该手钮机构即可安装完成。
使用时,如图2所示,顺时针旋转固定螺套,带动活动螺套上移,如图5、图6所示,锁紧B管;逆时针旋转固定螺套,带动活动螺套下移,如图7、图8所示,松开B管10。

Claims (6)

1. 一种快速制动手钮机构,该手钮机构设置于A管(1)与B管(10)之间,B管的管孔(1001)通过外径对称设置的挡块(6)的块内凸筋(601)套入A管内,该手钮机构固定于A管的一端;该手钮机构包括固定圈(2)、橡胶套(3)、密封圈(4)、固定螺套(5)、塑胶圈(7)、锁紧衬套(8)、活动螺套(9)、固定螺钉(11),所述固定螺套外径的凹槽内设有橡胶套;其特征是所述固定螺套(5)的一端设有密封圈(4),固定螺套与密封圈构成的腔体内设有固定螺套(5)、塑胶圈(7)、锁紧衬套(8)、活动螺套(9);所述A管(1)的一端与固定圈一端的内径连接,该端固定圈的外径设有固定圈槽(202),固定圈的另一端内径设有内锥面(201);所述B管(10)的管孔(1001)端设有锁紧衬套(8),锁紧衬套一端的外径设有外锥面(801),锁紧衬套的外锥面套入固定圈的内锥面;固定螺套的螺套孔(501)通过固定螺钉(11)固定于固定圈的固定圈槽。
2.根据权利要求1所述的快速制动手钮机构,其特征是所述固定圈(2)的内锥面(201)设有固定槽(203),锁紧衬套(8)的外锥面(801)设有固定筋(805),内锥面的固定槽与外锥面的固定筋扣合。
3.根据权利要求1所述的快速制动手钮机构,其特征是所述锁紧衬套(8)的另一端与活动螺套(9)连接。
4.根据权利要求1所述的快速制动手钮机构,其特征是所述固定圈(2)外径的固定圈槽(202)内设有塑胶圈(7),固定螺钉(11)通过固定螺套(5)的螺套孔(501)与橡胶圈的胶圈孔(701)连接,塑胶圈设有开口。
5.根据权利要求1所述的快速制动手钮机构,其特征是所述锁紧衬套(8)的两端分别设有长槽孔(803)。
6.根据权利要求1所述的快速制动手钮机构,其特征是所述A管(1)与B管(10)的内径分别设有管内凸筋(100)。
