本实用新型涉及到一种金属件抛光时所用的夹持装置。
背景技术
金属件冲压完成后，其表面一般比较污浊，并且含有很多毛刺，一般需要打磨干净后使用。过去大都采用手工打磨，效率低，而且打磨效果不好。
发明内容
本实用新型正是为了解决上述问题，而提供一种偏心式抛光夹具，它可以实现金属件的快速打磨，提高了效率，并且偏转角度大，打磨效果好。
为了达到上述目的，本实用新型采用的技术方案是：
一种偏心式抛光夹具，包括抛光轮以及由压板和底板组成的夹持端，所述底板设有把手，把手与压板通过连接头相连接，所述连接头上设有压把，其特征是：所述底板两端侧面设有轴架，所述轴架上设有轴。
本实用新型的有益效果是，夹持端在轴架的作用下，增加了沿轴旋转的角度，增加了金属件的抛光范围，并且提高了效率。

下面通过实施例对本实用新型做进一步说明。
由附图1可知，本实用新型包括抛光轮1以及由压板2和底板5组成的夹持端，所述底板5设有把手8，把手8与压板2通过连接头3相连接，所述连接头3上设有压把4，在所述底板5的两端侧面设有轴架6，所述轴架6上设有轴7。
将金属件一端放置在底板5上，下压压把4，压板2下压将金属件夹紧，启动抛光轮1对金属件抛光。
