背景技术
在茶叶加工过程中，解块是一道重要工序，连续化生产线中茶叶经揉拧压力和茶汁的双重作用，茶叶会成块的粘在一起，这样会造成茶叶的密度增大，不利于烘干，因此必须利用茶叶解块机将茶叶打散。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种茶叶解块机，可以将分解后的茶叶细分为不同等级，从而对不同等级的茶叶进行分开干燥处理，解块效率高，提高了茶叶的品质。
本实用新型的技术方案如下：
茶叶解块机，包括有解块仓，解块仓顶端为进料口，底端为集料室，所述解块仓内转动安装有相互配合的两个分解轴，分解轴上分布有相对合的分解叶齿，分解叶齿呈螺旋状，所述的分解轴传动连接有主动电机，分解轴的下方设有过滤筛。
    所述的过滤筛伸出解块仓的出料口外，且向下倾斜设置。
本实用新型解块后的茶叶，整粒的茶叶经过过滤筛单独处理，碎茶叶落入底端的集料室，可以将分解后的茶叶细分为不同等级，从而对不同等级的茶叶进行分开干燥处理，解块效率高，提高了茶叶的品质。
