背景技术
众所周知,在开口式摩托车电池盖中有一排气结构,该排气结构与外界导通。现多数厂家排气结构一般都与盖子做成一体,而许多电池型号盖子尺寸都一致,只是排气嘴的位置不同,排气嘴位置呈左右对称,排气嘴与盖子做成一体就需要开两套盖子模具,增加了模具成本。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于:提供一种开口式摩托车电池盖的排气结构,减少盖子模具成本的支出,降低电池成本。
本实用新型的技术解决方案是:该排气结构包括排气嘴主体和排气堵头主体,在电池盖上左右对称开排气孔主体,排气孔主体呈圆筒状,排气孔主体的外壁上设排气孔凹下台阶,排气嘴主体和排气堵头主体呈与排气孔主体配合的圆筒状,排气嘴主体和排气堵头主体的外壁上分别设排气嘴凸起台阶和排气堵头凸起台阶,排气嘴凸起台阶和排气堵头凸起台阶配合排气孔凹下台阶。
电池组装时,根据生产的电池型号将排气嘴主体与排气堵头主体分别安装在电池盖的排气孔主体上,排气嘴凸起台阶和排气堵头凸起台阶配合排气孔凹下台阶,安装好排气嘴主体与排气堵头主体后,电池就可用于后续的出厂检测及出货。
本实用新型具有以下有益效果:
1、电池盖的两侧都有排气孔,排气孔在电池盖上呈左右对称,可根据生产的型号将排气嘴安装在电池盖左边或右边,另一边安装排气堵头,电池盖的模具只需开一套,不用开两套模具,减少电池盖模具的开模数量,节约成本;
2、排气嘴主体和排气堵头主体的外壁上的凸起台阶配合排气孔主体的凹下台阶,排气嘴及排气堵头与排气孔之间不再是单纯的面与面的结合,排气嘴及排气堵头与排气孔配合更加紧密与稳定,在使用过程中受力情况下排气嘴主体及排气堵头主体发生转动,降低排气嘴主体及排气堵头主体,保证配合处的密封性能,降低酸液从配合处渗漏的风险。
