背景技术
现有技术中,发电机一般设置为三个绕阻,绕阻比较大,制造工艺复杂;三个绕阻时电流比较大,产生的热量多;另,如果其中一个绕阻出现故障,就全部无法工作。
发明内容
本实用新型要解决的技术问题是提供一种制造工艺简单,散热效果好,使用寿命长,节省成本的九相三Y型永磁无刷直流发电机。
为解决上述技术问题,本实用新型采用如下技术方案:包括三套独立的三相绕组九相移40度三Y电路,及与三套三相绕组分别连接的三个整流器,及与三个整流器连接的正极和负极。
进一步地,所述三套绕组均独立设计有一个温度保护传感器。
本实用新型的九相三Y型永磁无刷直流发电机,由于采用三套独立的三相绕组九相移40度三Y电路组合而成,在同等的功率情况下减小了整流系统的体积,简化了发电机生产工艺;其相比三相发电机来说,更能保障性能,因九相三Y型发电机独立的三套三相绕组在任意一套组绕组故障的情况下其它两套绕组仍可持续运行;且在每套绕组独立设计有温度保护传感器,能时刻监控发电机各绕组温度。

具体实施方式
本实施例中,参照图1和图2,所述九相三Y型永磁无刷直流发电机,包括三套独立的三相绕组九相移40度三Y电路,及与三套三相绕组1分别连接的三个整流器2,及与三个整流器2连接的正极3和负极4。所述三套三相绕组1包括第一三相绕组A1、A2和A3、第二三相绕组B1、B2和B3和第三三相绕组C1、C2和C2。由于设置为九相移40度三Y电路,每个绕阻相对较小,工艺比较简单;电流均匀设置在九个绕阻上,热量较小,减少了散热系统空间;分成三套独立的绕阻,即使其中一套故障,其它二组仍能正常工作。
其中,三套绕组独立设计有温度保护传感器5时刻监控发电机各绕组1温度。
本实用新型的九相三Y型永磁无刷直流发电机,由于采用三套独立的三相绕组九相移40度三Y电路组合而成,在同等的功率情况下减小了整流系统的体积,简化了发电机生产工艺;其相比三相发电机来说,更能保障性能,因九相三Y型发电机独立的三套三相绕组在任意一套组绕组故障的情况下其它两套绕组仍可持续运行;且在每套绕组独立设计有温度保护传感器,能时刻监控发电机各绕组温度。

1.一种九相三Y型永磁无刷直流发电机,其特征在于:包括三套独立的三相绕组九相移40度三Y电路,及与三套三相绕组分别连接的三个整流器,及与三个整流器连接的正极和负极。
2.根据权利要求1所述的九相三Y型永磁无刷直流发电机,其特征在于:所述三套绕组均独立设计有一个温度保护传感器。
