本实用新型涉及物流设备领域,尤其涉及滚筒输送机的装配件结构。
背景技术
现有的滚筒输送机的滚筒所使用的轴承为标准轴承,轴承的内圈与外圈所形成的外端面平行,或内圈内凹于外圈所形成的外端面,其在使用过程中,轴承的强度不高,运行起来噪音大、跳动大、极易磨损。
实用新型内容
本申请人针对上述现有技术中所述缺点,提供一种滚筒用冲压轴承装置,其强度高,运行过程噪音小、跳动小、不易磨损。
本实用新型所采用的技术方案如下:
滚筒用冲压轴承,包括内圈、外圈、滚珠,所述滚珠位于内圈、外圈所形成的空腔内,所述内圈外凸于外圈的外端面,所述轴承外圈的外端面及外圆面包裹于钣金外壳内。
进一步技术方案为:
所述钣金外壳外周部位的一端成90度角向外侧延伸,用于与滚筒筒体端面相抵;另一端成90度角向内侧延伸,与轴承外圈相抵;所述钣金的外圆面与滚筒的内孔相抵;钣金外壳与轴承外圈另一侧面拐角的接触处,通过冲压模具形成卡点。
本实用新型的有益效果如下:轴承的内圈与轴的接触面更大,使得轴承的强度高,且轴承外包裹有钣金外壳,钣金外壳进一步轴向定位,使其运行过程中噪音小、跳动小、不易磨损。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图,说明本实用新型的具体实施方式。
如图1所示,本实用新型包括内圈1、外圈3、滚珠2,滚珠位于内圈1、外圈3所形成的空腔内,内圈1外凸于外圈3所形成的外端面,轴承外圈3外端面及外圆面包裹于钣金外壳4内。钣金外壳4的外周部位呈U字形形状,其一端9呈90度角向外侧延伸,与滚筒筒体端面相抵,如图1中结构8所示,进行轴向定位;另一端10成90度角向内侧延伸,与轴承外圈一端面相抵,进行轴向定位;所述钣金外壳U字形形状的外圆面与滚筒的内孔相抵,如图1中结构6所示,通过收口加工后进行轴向、径向定位,所述U型结构与筒体径向过盈配合;钣金外壳4与轴承外圈3另一侧面拐角的接触处,通过冲压模具形成卡点,如图1中结构5所示,完成轴承的完全固定。
如图2所示,为本实用新型的具体实施例,本实用新型可用于收口型滚筒的轴承。

1.一种滚筒用冲压轴承,包括内圈、外圈、滚珠,其特征在于:所述滚珠位于内圈、外圈所形成的空腔内,所述内圈外凸于外圈的外端面,所述轴承外圈的外端面及外圆面包裹于钣金外壳内。
2.如权利要求1所述的滚筒用冲压轴承,其特征在于:所述钣金外壳外周部位的一端成90度角向外侧延伸,与滚筒筒体端面相抵;另一端成90度角向内侧延伸,与轴承外圈相抵;所述钣金外壳的外圆面与滚筒的内孔相抵;钣金外壳与轴承外圈另一侧面拐角的接触处,通过冲压模具形成卡点。
