背景技术
闪蒸式脱低分子器是用于生产甲基乙烯基高温硫化硅橡胶的非常重要的装置。在本装置中，它将完成破坏暂时性的催化剂，然后在高温和高真空的条件下，把未反应的低分子从物料中闪蒸出来。最后甲基乙烯基高温碳化硅橡胶通过脱低分子器的底部的螺杆挤出机将产品挤出。
现在由于生产效率的提高，对于单机产能的要求较高。但以往的单机产能效率低，挥发份指标也达不到理想的要求，影响单机生产效率。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种带有低分子排出口的闪蒸式脱低分子器，本实用新型解决了以往的单机产能效率低，挥发份指标也达不到理想的要求的问题。
本实用新型的带有低分子排出口的闪蒸式脱低分子器，在设备筒型的罐体1上增设若干个脱低分子排出口2。所述若干个脱低分子排出口2为四个。
本实用新型的带有低分子排出口的闪蒸式脱低分子器，在罐体1上增设的若干个脱低分子排出口2与原有的脱低分子排出口3之间沿径向形成45度夹角。
本实用新型的带有低分子排出口的闪蒸式脱低分子器，由于在装置中增加了若干个低分子排出口。这样既保证了单机产能的提高，而且可以使产品的挥发份指标达到标准的要求，可以充分发挥单机的生产效率。

3.如权利要求1所述的带有低分子排出口的闪蒸式脱低分子器，其特征在于，增设的若干个脱低分子排出口(2)与原有的脱低分子排出口(3)之间沿径向形成45度夹角。
