本实用新型涉及一种施釉设备，具体地说是一种管道灌釉机。包括：釉箱、工作平台、灌釉嘴，所述釉箱顶部设置有进釉管，其底部设置有出釉管，该出釉管上设置有灌釉嘴，所述工作平台上设置灌釉平台，该灌釉平台的出釉孔端设置有回釉管，该回釉管与进釉管通过釉泵连接。该管道施釉机能结合循环施釉线一次完成整个灌釉过程，利用座便器弯管本身的虹吸特性，改变了传统的需要反转青坯才能完成的施釉工艺，为了更加完善设备的功能，更有效的解放劳动力，提高生产效率。

本实用新型涉及一种施釉设备，具体地说是一种管道灌釉机。
背景技术
弯管施釉是建筑卫生陶瓷生产工艺中一项重要的技术环节，十九世纪九十年代国内的卫生瓷座便器的湾管内还不讲究上釉，随着改革开放和国际接轨后，外销的部分产品中就有的要求弯管内必须施釉，随着市场的需要，各卫生陶瓷生产厂和陶机厂家就开始研制如何往座便器弯管内上釉，所以就出现了多种方法：有的用海绵球沾釉；有的只把弯管两侧用手抅的着的部位上釉(俗称假釉)效果很不好。
发明内容
本实用新型的发明目的是针对现有技术灌釉效果差、工作效率低的缺陷，提供一种可适用于管道施釉，结构简单，工作效率高的管道灌釉机。
实现上述目的采用的技术方案是：
一种管道灌釉机，包括：釉箱、工作平台、灌釉嘴，所述釉箱顶部设置有进釉管，其底部设置有出釉管，该出釉管上设置有灌釉嘴，所述工作平台上设置灌釉平台，该灌釉平台的出釉孔端设置有回釉管，该回釉管与进釉管通过釉泵连接。
与现有技术相比，本实用新型的有益效果在于：该管道施釉机能结合循环施釉线一次完成整个灌釉过程，利用座便器弯管本身的虹吸特性，改变了传统的需要反转青坯才能完成的施釉工艺，为了更加完善设备的功能，更有效的解放劳动力，提高生产效率。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和实施例对本实用新型作进一步介绍。
参见附图1，一种管道灌釉机，由回釉管1，釉泵2，进釉管3，釉箱4，出釉管5，待施釉产品6，灌釉平台7，灌釉嘴8，工作平台9构成，所述釉箱4顶部设置有进釉管3，其底部设置有出釉管5，该出釉管5上设置有灌釉嘴8，所述工作平台9上设置灌釉平台7，该灌釉平台7的出釉孔端设置有回釉管1，该回釉管1与进釉管3通过釉泵2连接。
工作时，首先将釉箱4内灌釉，将待施釉产品6放在灌釉平台7上，使其回釉孔与灌釉平台7的出釉孔吻合，施釉时，通过出釉管5上装有的灌釉嘴8向待施釉产品6的管道内施釉，多余的釉排空后流入回釉管1，然后经过釉泵2打回到进釉管3。

1.一种管道灌釉机，包括：釉箱、工作平台、灌釉嘴，其特征在于所述釉箱顶部设置有进釉管，其底部设置有出釉管，该出釉管上设置有灌釉嘴，所述工作平台上设置灌釉平台，该灌釉平台的出釉孔端设置有回釉管，该回釉管与进釉管通过釉泵连接。
