本实用新型涉及胶囊离心抛光机结构的改进技术。
背景技术
胶囊抛光机是胶囊、片剂专用抛光设备，能除去胶囊及片剂表面上的粉尘，提高表面光洁度，适合于各种胶囊及片剂生产。现有的胶囊机原理同洗衣机的甩干原理一样。这种抛光机存在抛光效果差，抛光后产品质量不理想的问题。
发明内容
本实用新型提供一种胶囊离心抛光机，本实用新型解决了现有同类设备存在的抛光效果差，抛光后产品质量不理想的问题。
为解决上述问题，本实用新型采用如下技术方案：包括机壳1和设置在机壳1内部的旋转抛光筒2,旋转抛光筒2的筒壁上有通孔，旋转抛光筒2连接机壳1外部的旋转电机；还包括吹风机4，在机壳1的顶部安装有吹风机4,吹风机4的吹风口设置于机壳1内部上方。
还包括吸尘器3,吸尘器3安装于机壳1下面，吸尘器3的吸尘口设置于机壳1内部下方。
本实用新型是机器顶部增加吹风机，下面增加吸尘器，可以及时将产品上的粉末吹下，并通过吸尘器吸出，从而提高了产品的抛光质量。

如图1所示，胶囊离心抛光机, 包括机壳1和设置在机壳1内部的旋转抛光筒2,旋转抛光筒2的筒壁上有通孔，旋转抛光筒2连接机壳1外部的旋转电机；还包括吹风机4，在机壳1的顶部安装有吹风机4,吹风机4的吹风口设置于机壳1内部上方。
还包括吸尘器3,吸尘器3安装于机壳1下面，吸尘器3的吸尘口设置于机壳1内部下方。

1. 胶囊离心抛光机，包括机壳（1）和设置在机壳（1）内部的旋转抛光筒（2）,旋转抛光筒（2）的筒壁上有通孔，旋转抛光筒（2）连接机壳（1）外部的旋转电机；其特征在于，还包括吹风机（4），在机壳（1）的顶部安装有吹风机（4）,吹风机（4）的吹风口设置于机壳（1）内部上方。
2.如权利要求1所述胶囊离心抛光机，其特征在于，还包括吸尘器（3）,吸尘器（3）安装于机壳（1）下面，吸尘器（3）的吸尘口设置于机壳（1）内部下方。
