一种塔架式抽油机钢丝绳加油装置，包括永磁磁铁吸盘、支架、防滑落调节螺栓、油箱、流量调节阀门、紫铜油管、油嘴构成。永磁磁铁吸盘的右侧吸附在动滑轮的中心轴轴端，磁钢的左侧又吸着支架，防滑落调节螺栓拧在动滑轮支座上，将增摩润滑油加入油箱，油管调整到动滑轮之上，合理调整流量调节阀门，开机运行，在塔架式抽油机运动过程中均匀的滴注到动滑轮上，然后，借助于滑轮转动与钢丝绳接触机会，通过挤压涂抹将润滑油均匀地涂抹到钢丝绳的表面和绳芯。达到代替人工加注钢丝绳润滑油的方式，从而避免安全事故的发生。

本实用新型涉及一种塔架式抽油机钢丝绳加油装置，尤其是能为塔架式抽油机钢丝绳加油的装置。
背景技术
目前市场上塔架式抽油机因结构简单紧凑、节能效率高、参数调整方便，所以被采油厂作为开采原油的首选采油设备，但塔架式抽油机上所用的钢丝绳属于运动部件和易损部件，需要定期对钢丝绳进行加油，目前公知的加油方法比较原始，均为人工涂刷，效率不高，费时费力，而且容易产生安全事故。
发明内容
为了克服现有的塔架式抽油机钢丝绳加油不方便的缺陷，提高塔架式抽油机钢丝绳使用寿命，减少安全事故的发生，本实用新型提供一种塔架式抽油机钢丝绳加油装置，不仅代替人工加注钢丝绳润滑油，而且避免安全事故的发生。
本实用新型解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是：该装置由永磁磁铁吸盘、支架、防滑落调节螺栓、油箱、流量调节阀门、紫铜油管、油嘴构成。上述永磁磁铁吸盘的右侧吸附在动滑轮的中心轴轴端，磁钢左侧吸着支架，防滑落调节螺栓拧在动滑轮支座螺母上。油箱的底部有一调节阀门，阀门的下游连接一紫铜油管和滴注油嘴，油管调整到动滑轮之上，合理调整流量调节阀门，开机运行，在塔架式抽油机运动过程中让增摩润滑油均匀的滴注到动滑轮上，然后，借助于滑轮转动与钢丝绳接触机会，通过挤压、涂抹、将润滑油均匀地涂抹到钢丝绳的表面和绳芯。达到代替人工加注钢丝绳润滑油的目的。
本实用新型的有益效果是：可以在塔架式抽油机开机状态下依靠润滑油在自重状态下自然流淌的原理，自动均匀地将增摩润滑油涂抹到钢丝绳上，既方便快捷，又安全环保。

具体实施方式
在附图1中，永磁磁铁吸盘1右端吸附在动滑轮的中心轴轴端，左端吸附加油装置的支架2，在支架2的中部有一防滑落调节螺栓3拧到动滑轮的支架的螺母内，向油箱内加入适量的增摩润滑油，打开流量调节阀门5，让润滑油从油嘴7中溢出，校正好紫铜油管6，让油嘴7对准动滑轮9轮槽。此时，即可启动抽油机，让润滑油依靠自重流淌到动滑轮9上，依靠动滑轮9与钢丝绳8接触的机会，将润滑油挤压涂抹到钢丝绳8的表面和绳芯内部。

Claims (3)

1.一种塔架式抽油机钢丝绳加油装置，是由永磁磁铁吸盘、支架、防滑落调节螺栓、油箱、流量调节阀门、紫铜油管、油嘴按序构成，其特征是支架的底部设置永磁磁铁吸盘，中部设置防滑调节螺栓，顶部设置润滑油箱。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种塔架式抽油机钢丝绳加油装置，其特征是永磁吸盘吸附在动滑轮的中心轴轴端，防滑落调节螺栓拧到动滑轮支架螺母上。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种塔架式抽油机钢丝绳加油装置，其特征是油箱的底部有一调节阀门，阀门的下游连接一紫铜油管和滴注油嘴。
