目前,温室大棚的北面为2~3米高的墙体,南面为半拱圆形的棚面,建棚时将南面的半拱圆形的棚面搭接在温室大棚的北面的墙体上,但是现有的温室大棚的墙体为实心结构,导致保温性差、成本高。

本实用新型为解决现有的温室大棚的墙体保温性差、成本高的问题,进而提供一种温室大棚墙体。

本实用新型所述的温室大棚墙体由多块保温板和多个立柱构成,所述多个立柱沿大棚墙体的长度方向均布设置,所述多块保温板沿大棚墙体的长度方向安装在立柱的前后端面上,安装在立柱的前后端面上的两层保温板之间形成空腔。
本实用新型的有益效果是:
本实用新型的温室大棚墙体通过立柱将两层保温板之间形成中空保温腔,由于空气的传热系数低,与现有的温室大棚墙体的实心结构相比,大大提高了温室大棚墙体的保温性;本实用新型的温室大棚墙体节省了大量的原料、降低了温室大棚墙体的制作成本。

具体实施方式一:如图1~3所示,本实施方式的温室大棚墙体由多块保温板1和多个立柱2构成,所述多个立柱2沿大棚墙体的长度方向均布设置,所述多块保温板1沿大棚墙体的长度方向安装在立柱2的前后端面上,安装在立柱2的前后端面上的两层保温板1之间形成空腔3。
具体实施方式二:如图2~3所示,本实施方式每个立柱2由两个钢管2-1和多个加强筋2-2构成,两个钢管2-1沿大棚墙体的厚度方向正对设置,两个钢管2-1通过上下设置的多个加强筋2-2固接为一体。如此设计,可以增大空腔3的空间,提高保温隔热性能,并且加强筋2-2提高了立柱2的整体强度。其它组成及连接关系与具体实施方式一相同。
具体实施方式三:如图2~3所示,本实施方式安装在立柱2的前后端面上的两层保温板1之间的距离D为10~40mm。如此设计,可以根据实际需要制作调整两层保温板1之间的距离。其它组成及连接关系与具体实施方式一或二相同。
具体实施方式四:如图2所示,本实施方式相邻的两个立柱2之间的中心距L为0.8~1.5m。如此设计,可以根据保温板1的具体尺寸设置两个立柱2之间的距离。其它组成及连接关系与具体实施方式三相同。

1.一种温室大棚墙体,所述大棚墙体由多块保温板(1)和多个立柱(2)构成,其特征在于:所述多个立柱(2)沿大棚墙体的长度方向均布设置,所述多块保温板(1)沿大棚墙体的长度方向安装在立柱(2)的前后端面上,安装在立柱(2)的前后端面上的两层保温板(1)之间形成空腔(3)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的温室大棚墙体,其特征在于:每个立柱(2)由两个钢管(2-1)和多个加强筋(2-2)构成,两个钢管(2-1)沿大棚墙体的厚度方向正对设置,两个钢管(2-1)通过上下设置的多个加强筋(2-2)固接为一体。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的温室大棚墙体,其特征在于:安装在立柱(2)的前后端面上的两层保温板(1)之间的距离(D)为10~40mm。
4.根据权利要求3所述的温室大棚墙体,其特征在于:相邻的两个立柱(2)之间的中心距(L)为0.8~1.5m。
