Abstract
一种长板形绝热保温板支架,包括外侧板、内侧板、连杆和外端设有螺孔的固定柱,在细长的外侧板与内侧板之间沿长方向间隔设有多根圆柱形的连杆,在内侧板的另一侧设有与连杆同轴线、圆柱形的固定柱,在固定柱的螺孔内配有固定螺栓。本实用新型的优点是:利用圆外侧板与圆内侧板之间的空间嵌入相邻的四块真空绝热板的四个角,并用固定螺栓将固定柱顶端与模板固定,在模板与真空绝热板之间形成一个用于浇筑保护层的间隙。固定牢固,定位准确,施工方便。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种长板形绝热保温板支架,用于整体浇注式真空绝热板墙体的施工中固定真空绝热板。
背景技术
现有的外墙保温系统一般是在浇筑后的混凝土墙体表面粘接超薄绝热板,虽然保温效果良好,但也存在一些需要改进的地方,如超薄绝热板在施工时容易被损坏而漏气,同时在粘贴超薄绝热板时费时费力,增加了工作量,工作效率低,另外,与其它保温材料一样,采用粘贴方式无法保证保温系统的使用寿命。为了接近上述问题,本公司提出了一种整体浇注式真空绝热板墙体,在施工时需要将真空绝热板与一侧的模板固定,目前没有专门用于将真空绝热板与模板的固定装置。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种长板形绝热保温板长板支架,以满足整体浇注式真空绝热板墙体施工的需要。
本实用新型的技术方案是:一种长板形绝热保温板支架,包括外侧板、内侧板、连杆和外端设有螺孔的固定柱,在细长的外侧板与内侧板之间沿长方向间隔设有多根圆柱形的连杆,在内侧板的另一侧设有与连杆同轴线、圆柱形的固定柱,在固定柱的螺孔内配有固定螺栓。
本实用新型的优点是:利用外侧板与内侧板之间的空间插入真空绝热板或嵌入相邻的两块真空绝热板的两个对边,并用固定螺栓将固定柱顶端与模板固定,在模板与真空绝热板之间形成一个用于浇筑保护层的间隙。固定牢固,定位准确,施工方便。

具体实施方式
如图1-图4所示,本实用新型一种长板形绝热保温板支架,包括外侧板1、内侧板3、连杆2和外端设有螺孔6的固定柱4,在细长的外侧板1与内侧板3之间沿长方向间隔设有多根圆柱形的连杆2,在内侧板3的另一侧设有与连杆2同轴线、圆柱形的固定柱4,在固定柱的螺孔6内配有固定螺栓5。
使用方式参见图5和图6,用固定螺栓5将内侧模板8与固定柱4的螺孔6连接(事先在内侧模板8上打出与螺孔6对应的通孔),沿内侧模板8的横向或纵向排列多个本实用新型支架;然后将真空绝热保温板7的两个对边嵌入相邻的两个支架的外侧板1与内侧板3之间(参见图6),或将真空绝热保温板7穿过外侧板1与内侧板3之间(参见图5)。

1.一种长板形绝热保温板支架,包括外侧板、内侧板、连杆和外端设有螺孔的固定柱,在细长的外侧板与内侧板之间沿长方向间隔设有多根圆柱形的连杆,在内侧板的另一侧设有与连杆同轴线、圆柱形的固定柱,在固定柱的螺孔内配有固定螺栓。
