技术领域
 本实用新型公开一种足下垂预防垫，是针对骨与关节外科领域下肢术后预防足下垂发生专门设计，属于医疗器械技术领域。
背景技术
目前，在骨科医学临床上骨与关节外科领域下肢术后患肢体位不当导致足下垂发生率较高，影响患者术后功能及美观；目前还未见针对下肢术后康复锻炼的器械报道。
发明内容
本实用新型提供一种足下垂预防垫，解决骨与关节外科领域下肢术后因患肢体位不当导致足下垂的问题，方便术后护理及功能康复锻炼。
本实用新型的技术解决方案如下：预防垫本体为方块形状，其立面的一侧开设有U型凹槽。
预防垫的内芯采用高密度海绵材质，软硬适中，防止压疮发生；外为纯棉布，减少对皮肤的刺激。
利用本实用新型康复使用时，将患足置于预防垫的U型凹槽内，足底紧贴凹槽底部，保持患侧踝关节功能位及患肢的中立位。
本实用新型的积极效果在于：对下患者肢术后患肢体位要求专门设计，用于下肢术后保持患肢中立位及患侧踝关节功能位，使患足保持在功能位，患肢保持在中立位，预防足下垂的发生，术后护理及功能康复锻炼操作简单，使用方便，价格低廉，适合于医疗康复机构及家庭使用。
