【技术领域】
本实用新型涉及一种护理用具，具体涉及一种下肢抬高功能垫。
【背景技术】
在医院的血管外科、显微外科、骨科和烧伤整形科常遇到下肢静脉疾病、淋巴疾病、外伤后或手术后引起肢体肿胀的患者，为了促进静脉回流、减轻肿胀，需要抬高患者的下肢并制动；传统的方法是将患者的下肢放在一般枕头或者折叠的被褥上面，以达到抬高下肢并制动的目的，但是临床应用时常因枕头或折叠的被褥支撑力差、易变形等缺点，不能有效的达到抬高患肢并制动目的，从而影响治疗效果。
【发明内容】
为了克服背景技术中的不足，本实用新型公开了一种下肢抬高功能垫，将患者的下肢放置在斜坡上，足放于直立结构上，实现抬高下肢并制动的目的，为了使人体下肢处于功能位，使患者下肢稍屈曲，可在斜坡上的腘窝处放附加垫，预防长期卧床引起的髋内收、膝关节僵硬及足下垂畸形。
为实现上述目的，本实用新型采用如下技术方案：
一种下肢抬高功能垫，所述功能垫的一侧为直立结构，功能垫的另一侧设有斜坡形成三角形结构。

结合附图1~2所述的下肢抬高功能垫，所述功能垫的一侧为直立结构，功能垫的另一侧设有斜坡3形成三角形结构，在功能垫的直立结构上端和斜坡3上端设有平面2，所述三角形结构的功能垫两边分别设置为直立面4，在功能垫的斜坡3上设有附加垫1，所述功能垫的内芯为硬质海绵6或木质框架，在硬质海绵6或木质框架的外部包裹软质海绵7，软质海绵7的外部设有皮革面或布面，所述附加垫1内芯为硬质海绵6或木质框架，在硬质海绵6或木质框架的外部包裹软质海绵7，软质海绵7的外部设有皮革面或布面。
实施本实用新型所述的下肢抬高功能垫，使用时，患者取平卧位，功能垫平放于床上，护士一手帮患者抬起患肢，另一手将功能垫斜坡3前端的斜角5放在患者大腿根部下侧，患者下肢稍外展放于斜坡3上的平面2上，足放于直立结构的平面2上，为了使人体下肢处于功能位，使患者下肢稍屈曲，可在斜坡3上的腘窝处增设附加垫1，预防长期卧床引起的髋内收、膝关节僵硬及足下垂畸形；功能垫和附加垫1的内芯为硬质海绵6或木质框架，不易变形，制动好，在硬质海绵6或木质框架的外部包裹软质海绵7，柔软舒适，缓冲压力，预防压疮；软质海绵7的外部设有皮革面或布面，皮革面便于清洗、消毒，布面舒适透气；软质海绵7的外部设置为皮革面时，为了更好的提高患者的舒适度，可以在功能垫和附加垫1的外部设置棉布布套；斜坡3长度依据人体下肢长度分为60、50、40cm三个长度，分别制作成大、中、小三个规格，适用高、中、低三类不同身高患者使用。

3. 根据权利要求1所述的下肢抬高功能垫，其特征是：在功能垫的直立结构上端和斜坡（3）上端设有平面（2）。
4. 根据权利要求1所述的下肢抬高功能垫，其特征是：在功能垫的斜坡（3）上设有附加垫（1）。
5. 根据权利要求1所述的下肢抬高功能垫，其特征是：所述功能垫的内芯为硬质海绵（6）或木质框架，在硬质海绵（6）或木质框架的外部包裹软质海绵（7），软质海绵（7）的外部设有皮革面或布面。
6. 根据权利要求4所述的下肢抬高功能垫，其特征是：所述附加垫（1）内芯为硬质海绵（6）或木质框架，在硬质海绵（6）或木质框架的外部包裹软质海绵（7），软质海绵（7）的外部设有皮革面或布面。
