背景技术
随着人们生活水平的提高，生活方式的改变，长期卧床的危重患者须加强皮肤、呼吸、泌尿系统并发症的预防，许多瘫痪病人或卧病不起的病人，需要经常躺在床上，这样对日常的护理工作就增加了难度，比如日常的擦身、换洗衣物，为了治疗效果更好，患者更快的恢复，需要经常变换姿势等，可是在操作时，由于病人的身体不能自己控制，不能活动，需要医护人员或家人来操作，而且由于人体体液的分泌(如出汗等)，长时间躺在一个地方，容易潮湿和不卫生，床单没有良好的吸收效果，容易引起身体更加不适，在翻身时，由于太重无法一个人做到，而且操作也比较复杂，增加了工作人员的负担。
实用新型内容
本实用新型要解决的问题是：为解决上述不足，设计了一种结构简单，使用灵活，操作方便，可有效固定体位，预防压疮的发生，采用柔软棉毛巾布料设计成三角型翻身垫，能节约人手和劳力且吸收性能好，健康护理用的翻身垫。
本实用新型三角型翻身垫：由垫体、柔软吸收层、药物层和拉链等组成。
本实用新型的技术方案是：三角型翻身垫的垫体和在垫体反面四周的周边固定拉链的一端，拉链的另一端固定在柔软吸收层上；垫体由在硬性海绵上包裹棉布制作而成；靠近身体的为柔软吸收层，柔软吸收层由3-5层纯棉毛巾布缝制而成，平整无褶皱，再在四周缝制拉链的另一端，制作成脱卸式，病人舒适且易于换洗；在垫体和柔软吸收层的中间放置药物层(就是把药物平放，用纱布包好)。由于人体体液的分泌(如出汗等)，长时间躺在一个地方，容易潮湿和不卫生，柔软吸收层可起到良好的吸收作用，药物层对身体带来一定的健康；垫体能承担身体的重量，例如：卧床病人向右翻身，把三角型翻身垫放在病人的左侧后背；卧床病人向左翻身，把三角型翻身垫放在病人的右侧后背，可以合理的翻身，适合护理卧床病人的使用，操作简单、方便；这种三角型翻身垫既可用于侧卧位时背后支撑，又可用于胸前上肢功能位的摆放。

1.三角型翻身垫，由垫体、柔软吸收层、药物层和拉链等组成；由垫体和在垫体反面四周的周边固定拉链的一端，拉链的另一端固定在柔软吸收层上，在柔软吸收层的四周缝制拉链的另一端，制作成脱卸式，在垫体和柔软吸收层的中间放置药物层。
