Abstract
一种冷凝水收集箱，涉及到一种对冷凝水回收的收集装置。包括一储水箱，储水箱上设有回流管，储水箱底部设有泵，并和储水箱相连接，所述储水箱内设有布满滤孔的过滤筒，回流管出口和过滤筒相对应，泵由设置在过滤筒上的限位开关控制。其优点是，冷凝水经过滤筒过滤后得到回收，并通过限位开关控制泵的启动，输送到其他工序设备，避免了水资源的浪费。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及到一种对冷凝水回收的收集装置。
背景技术
在动物食品加工过程中，需要对产品高温干燥，利用高压蒸汽通过散热器实现散热。高压蒸汽经过散热器后，凝结成冷凝水，过去直接排入地沟。这不但造成水资源的浪费，而且使产品成本增加。
发明内容
本实用新型正是为了解决上述问题，而提供了一种冷凝水收集箱，它可以实现对冷凝水的回收，避免了水资源的浪费。
为了达到上述目的，本实用新型采用的技术方案是：
一种冷凝水收集箱，包括一储水箱，储水箱上设有回流管，储水箱底部设有泵，并和储水箱相连接，其特征是：所述储水箱内设有布满滤孔的过滤筒，回流管出口和过滤筒相对应。
以上所述过滤筒上设有限位开关。
本实用新型的优点是，冷凝水经过滤筒过滤后得到回收，并通过限位开关控制泵的启动，输送到其他工序设备，避免了水资源的浪费。

具体实施方式
由附图1可知，本实用新型包括一储水箱5，储水箱5上设有回流管4，储水箱5底部设有泵1，并和储水箱5相连接，所述储水箱5内设有过滤筒3，过滤筒3上布满滤孔6，回流管4出口和过滤筒3相对应，使冷凝水直接排入过滤筒3内。所述过滤筒3上设有限位开关2，用于控制泵1的启动。当储水箱5内回收的冷凝水水位到达限位开关2位置，限位开关2被触动，同时使泵1启动，将储水箱5内冷凝水排出。
应当说明的是，本实用新型所述的实施方式仅仅是其优选方式，对属于本实用新型技术方案而仅仅是显而易见的改动，均应属于本实用新型的保护范围之内。

1.一种冷凝水收集箱，包括一储水箱，储水箱上设有回流管，储水箱底部设有泵，并和储水箱相连接，其特征是：所述储水箱内设有布满滤孔的过滤筒，回流管出口和过滤筒相对应。
2.根据权利要求1所述的冷凝水收集箱，其特征是：所述过滤筒上设有限位开关。
