本实用新型涉及一种用于制作车轮的轮辋异型钢型材。 
背景技术
轮辋是与轮胎装配配合支撑轮胎的车轮部分,其包括轮缘、胎圈座和槽底等部分,通常是由一块平板钢通过滚压形成。在滚压过程中,所有的弯曲部位和受力点的厚度都相等,所以在挤压的过程中弯曲部分和受力点会拉伸而变薄,在受力较重视易引起开裂(俗称“炸大边”)等损害,导致行驶中的车辆发生灾难性的后果,因此为了增加轮辋的强度,常采用较厚的钢板滚压成型,成本高、重量大,资源浪费。 
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种成本低、强度高的轮辋异型钢型材。 
为实现上述目的,本实用新型的轮辋异型钢型材,其包括轮缘、胎圈座和槽底,该轮缘、胎圈座和槽底为一块钢坯轧制形成,所述的轮缘内侧外端设有凸起。 
在本方案中,由于在轮缘内侧设置了凸起,该凸起在轮缘上起加强筋的作用,对于相同料厚的钢坯轧制成型的型材制成的轮辋,其强度高,在制作同样强度的轮辋时,降低了型材的料厚,节省了轮辋制造成本。 
在所述的胎圈座处,轮缘与胎圈座连接部位的轮缘圆弧处和胎圈座圆角处,胎圈座与槽底连接部位的槽顶圆角处增加截面厚度。 
所述的凸起为圆弧形。

如图1所示,本实用新型的轮辋异型钢型材,包括轮缘3、胎圈座2和槽底1,轮缘3、胎圈座2和槽底1为一块钢坯轧制形成,在轮缘3内侧外端设有凸起4,该凸起4可以为圆弧形。 
在本方案中,2个轮缘的内侧外端设置了凸起4,该凸起4对轮辋来说起到了加强筋的作用,使得相同料厚的的钢板滚压成型的型材制成的轮辋,其强度大大提高,节省了轮辋制造成本。 
实施例中,在胎圈座2,轮缘3与胎圈座2连接部位的轮缘圆弧6、胎圈座圆角5,胎圈座2与槽底1连接部位的槽顶圆角7等受力部位和受力弯曲部分增加截面厚度,减少轮辋型材其他非受力面的截面厚度。这样使得在增加强度的情况下总重量保持不变,相于平板钢压制的轮辋型材制成的轮辋来说,提高了强度,延长了产品使用寿命,降低了成本,同时由于轮辋轻了,其制成的车轮也轻了,可以节约了车辆在行驶时的油耗。

1.一种轮辋异型钢型材,其包括轮缘、胎圈座和槽底,该轮缘、胎圈座和槽底为一块钢坯轧制形成,其特征在于,所述的轮缘内侧外端设有凸起。
2.按照权利要求1所述的轮辋异型钢型材,其特征在于,在所述的胎圈座处,轮缘与胎圈座连接部位的轮缘圆弧处和胎圈座圆角处,胎圈座与槽底连接部位的槽顶圆角处增加截面厚度。
3.按照权利要求1或2所述的轮辋异型钢型材,其特征在于,所述的凸起为圆弧形。
