本实用新型涉及机械零件清洗领域，特别涉及一种蘑菇阀片清洗装置。
背景技术
蘑菇阀片是化工设备上的易损件，使用一段时间后大量硫磺等化工原料粘结在蘑菇阀片上，不易清除，使蘑菇阀片丧失使用功能。大部分企业目前都没有能有效清洗蘑菇阀片的方法，只能更换新蘑菇阀片，抛弃旧的蘑菇阀片，使生产成本提高，资源浪费。
发明内容
本技术装置的目的是解决现有技术存在的不足之处，提供一种蘑菇阀片清洗装置的技术方案，该技术方案可以彻底清洗蘑菇阀片上的硫磺附着物。
本实用新型的技术方案是：一种蘑菇阀片的清洗装置，设有清洗桶，清洗桶上设有阀，其特征在于，清洗桶上部开放，底部封闭，底部上设有支架，支架上设有孔板，孔板上均布有通孔，进水口设在清洗桶的上部，排水口设在清洗桶底部，在清洗桶下部、孔板下方设有蒸汽口。
所述的孔板直径小于清洗桶内径10毫米;所述的孔板上均布有通孔 ，孔间距小于20毫米，孔径10-20毫米。
所述进水口、排水口和蒸汽口处均设有阀门。所述清洗桶、支架和孔板由金属型材制成。
清洗蘑菇阀片是在本实用新型的清洗桶中加入专用的清洗剂，再通入高温蒸汽，经过清洗程序就可彻底清除蘑菇阀片上的附着物，使蘑菇阀片可多次重复使用。本实用新型的清洗桶是用于储存清洗剂及需清洗的蘑菇阀片，蘑菇阀片放在通孔板上有利于蒸汽对蘑菇阀片的加热和冲洗，清洗桶的进水口、排水口和蒸汽口处均设有阀门，方便进水、排水和蒸汽的控制。 由于清洗剂具有腐蚀性，本实用新型的清洗桶、支架和孔板均由金属型材制成。蘑菇阀片是钢材制成，经清洗后可反复使用多次，按照目前成本计算，每个蘑菇阀片售价30元，中等规模企业每年使用1000只，每年可以为企业节约30000元。本实用新型设计合理、结构简单、操作方便，使蘑菇阀片可反复循环使用，有效降低了生产成本，节约大量钢材资源。

具体实施方式
用金属板制清洗桶及孔板，用钢管制支架，清洗桶上部开放，底部封闭，底部上设有支架，支架上设有孔板（2），孔板直径小于清洗桶内径10毫米;孔板上均布有通孔 ，孔间距小于20毫米，孔径10-20毫米。进水口（5）设在清洗桶的上部，排水口（3）设在清洗桶底部，在清洗桶下部、孔板下方设有蒸汽口（4）。进水口（5）、排水口（3）和蒸汽口（4）处均设有阀门。

1.蘑菇阀片清洗装置，设有清洗桶（1），清洗桶上设有阀，其特征在于，清洗桶上部开放，底部封闭，底部上设有支架，支架上设有孔板（2），孔板上均布有通孔，进水口（5）设在清洗桶的上部，排水口（3）设在清洗桶底部，在清洗桶下部、孔板下方设有蒸汽口（4）。
