本实用新型公开了一种节能环保的冬季蔬菜温室大棚加温装置,以解决现有温室大棚加温不利于节能环保的问题。本实用新型包括复合材料沼气池,复合材料沼气池顶部的出气阀通过输气管与积水器相连,积水器通过第一输气管与沼气净化调控阀相连,沼气净化调控阀通过第二输气管与沼气加热装置相连,复合材料沼气池的同一侧设有进料管和出料池。本实用新型沼气净化调控器可根据输气管的长短输入相应的气压力。本实用新型可以解决冬天气温偏低,温室大棚内温度过低的问题,且成本低廉、节能环保。

    本实用新型属于农业技术领域,具体涉及一种冬季蔬菜温室大棚加温装置。 
背景技术
     温室大棚蔬菜是冬季蔬菜重要来源之一,由于北方冬季气温偏低,遇到连续阴天或下雪天气,温室大棚得不到充足的阳光照射,棚内温度会持续下降,轻则蔬菜停止生长,重则冻死蔬菜,给大棚蔬菜种植户带来严重的经济损失。目前,冬季大棚内加温措施有煤炉,电热器,暖气加热等方法,不仅成本高,而且不利于节能环保。 
现在没有专业详细的介绍怎样使用沼气来解决农村大面积现有已建成的简易土墙钢架结构温室蔬菜大棚内加温的方法和措施。涉及到的沼气池所产生的气体,也仅供楼内厨房使用。且沼气池体为水泥预制结构,因大棚内蔬菜需要经常用水浇灌,所以地基极不稳定,容易使池体变形破损造成渗水,漏气。修建时费工,费时,使用寿命短,占地面积大,在当前土地资源极为紧张的背景下,不易推广。 
实用新型内容
     本实用新型的目的在于提供一种节能环保的冬季蔬菜大棚加温装置,以解决现有温室大棚加温不利于节能环保的问题。 
本实用新型包括复合材料沼气池,复合材料沼气池顶部的出气阀通过输气管与积水器相连,积水器通过第一输气管与沼气净化调控阀相连,沼气净化调控阀通过第二输气管与沼气加热装置相连,复合材料沼气池的同一侧设有进料管和出料池。 
本实用新型沼气净化调控器可根据输气管的长短输入相应的气压力。 
本实用新型可以解决冬天气温偏低,温室大棚内温度过低的问题,且成本低廉、节能环保。

具体实施方式
本实用新型结构如下:将复合材料沼气池1深埋于大棚内任意墙角处,复合材料沼气池1顶部的出气阀2通过输气管3与积水器4相连,积水器4通过第一输气管5与沼气净化调控阀6相连,沼气净化调控阀6通过第二输气管7与沼气加热装置8相连,复合材料沼气池1的同一侧设有进料管11和出料池12。积水器4安装后,可以分离出沼气气体内的水分,使气体燃烧更充分。所述沼气加热装置8为3-5个,第二输气管7为3-5个,为了使每个不同距离的沼气加热装置8的气体压力一致,一个第二输气管7连接一个沼气加热装置8。所述沼气加热装置8选择沼气暖气炉或者大功率沼气灯。 
所述复合材料沼气池1池壁由内层玻璃钢13、中间钢板14及外层玻璃钢15复合而成。 
使用时,将复合材料沼气池1深埋于大棚内任意墙角处,并使进料管11和出料池12的位置处于墙角处也可延伸到大棚墙外以节省大棚内的地面空间,沼气净化调控阀6设有多个输气管7。 
市场购买的沼气净化调控器可根据输气管的长短输入相应的气压力。 
积水器、沼气净化调控器、沼气加热装置的安装可根据大棚温室内部情况而定,可安装到大棚内墙壁,也可悬挂于大棚内中间部位。 
本实用新型可以解决冬天气温偏低,温室大棚内温度过低的问题,初冬向沼气池内投入一定数量的发酵料液,使其提前产生沼气,以备大棚内气温降低时使用。需用时打开沼气控制阀,点燃沼气加热装置,使大棚内温度上升到适当温度后关闭。并适时向沼气池内补充新的发酵料,保证沼气池内产气量,以满足大棚内加温需要。春季清理出的沼渣又是作物生长需要的优质肥料,重复利用,清洁能源,节能环保。

1.一种温室大棚加温装置,其特征在于:它包括复合材料沼气池(1),复合材料沼气池(1)顶部的出气阀(2)通过输气管(3)与积水器(4)相连,积水器(4)通过第一输气管(5)与沼气净化调控阀(6)相连,沼气净化调控阀(6)通过第二输气管(7)与沼气加热装置(8)相连,复合材料沼气池(1)的同一侧设有进料管(11)和出料池(12)。
2.如权利要求1所述的温室大棚加温装置,其特征在于:所述沼气加热装置(8)为3-5个。
3.如权利要求1或2所述的温室大棚加温装置,其特征在于:第二输气管(7)为3-5个,一个第二输气管(7)连接一个沼气加热装置(8)。
4.如权利要求3所述的温室大棚加温装置,其特征在于:所述复合材料沼气池(1)池壁由内层玻璃钢(13)、中间钢板(14)及外层玻璃钢(15)复合而成。
5.如权利要求3所述的温室大棚加温装置,其特征在于:所述沼气加热装置(8)为沼气暖气炉。
6.如权利要求3所述的温室大棚加温装置,其特征在于:所述沼气加热装置(8)为大功率沼气灯。
