Abstract

本实用新型涉及一种温室的供热装置,特别是节能型温室太阳能沼气补热系统装置,属于能源综合利用领域。本实用新型的热水容器通过管道分别与太阳能集热器、沼气池水套和沼气燃烧炉的热水器连接成热对流循环回路,热水容器还通过管道与温室内设置的散热装置连接成热对流循环回路。本装置结构简单,可改善寒冷地区沼气装置的不足之处,充分利用太阳能交换成热能、转入地下给沼气池增温,采用多种能源为温室提供所需的温度。

一种温室太阳能沼气补热装置
技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种温室的供热装置,特别是节能型温室太阳能沼气补热系统装置,属于能源综合利用领域。
背景技术
煤炭是我国当前及今后相当长的时期内一次性能源消费中的主导,也是温室供热的主要供热方式,而煤炭传统的燃烧方式会带来包括粉尘和二氧化硫、氮氧化物等有害气体在内的环境污染。因此,发展具有广泛取代煤炭的适应性的高效清洁能源技术,成为我国农村能源发展战略的当务之急。
系统“节能减排”是建设资源节约型、环境友好型社会的必然选择;是推进经济结构调整,转变增长方式的必由之路;是维护中华民族长远利益的必然要求。因此如何综合利用不同的能源,使其互补,是充分开发农村能源的重要研究课题。
发明内容
本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是为温室提供一种太阳能沼气补热装置,它可改善寒冷地区沼气装置的不足之处,充分利用太阳能交换成热能、转入地下给沼气池增温,采用多种能源为温室提供所需的温度。
解决本实用新型的技术问题所采用的方案是:热水容器通过管道分别与太阳能集热器、沼气池水套和沼气燃烧炉的热水器连接成热对流循环回路,热水容器还通过管道与温室内设置的散热装置连接成热对流循环回路。
所述的温室内设置的散热装置为埋于土壤下的地热散热器和装于温室空间的暖气散热片,地热散热器对土壤加热,防止形成冻土,暖气散热片则对室内加热,提供植物生长需要的温度。
所述的热水容器还通过管道与热泵连接成热对流循环回路,当多日阴雨天并且沼气池产气量也不够的特殊情况下,可启动热泵来补热。所述的热泵的空气源管还连接有冷藏装置,可对冷藏库或冷冻室制冷,充分利用能源,使温室能源消耗降到最低。
本实用新型的有益效果是:可提高能源利用效率、控制污染,整个温室的供热系统未使用一次性能源;同时利用太阳能、沼气能和空气源能三种能源不同交差优缺点,经过操作太阳能和沼气能,空气源热能可单独运行,也可以同时进行,使其能源互补交换出最大热量和燃气,从而不间断地供应热能;本装置结构简单,维修容易,可大大降低农民的使用成本。

具体实施方式
参见图1,本装置工作时,太阳能集热器1可根据温室面积的大小和作物需要,拼装组合成不同采光面积的集热系统,它收集太阳能热量后,通过热水管b和冷水管c与热水容器5连接成热循环回路,进行热交换,从而太阳能集热器1把吸收的太阳能转换成热能。热水容器5的热水经过热水管b和冷水管c连接到沼气池6内的水套,提高沼气池6内温度,沼气发生器全都是保温材料精制而成,收集的热量不会损失,从而达到冬季照样产气的最佳效果,即使在北方寒冷的冬天也可将沼气发生器内的温度保持在40~60摄氏度。当冬季连续多日没有太阳或太阳能光线不足时,可同时启动热泵3,除沼气发生器自身吸光集热外,热泵3通过与热水容器5相连接的热水管b和冷水管c将空气能热量传至热水容器5,进而传至沼气池6内的水套,起到双重加热和保温的效果。如果沼气池6内产气充足,则可以点燃沼气燃烧炉4,将其附设的热水器加热,通过热水管b和冷水管c循环连接到热水容器5,进行热能存储。热水容器5与温室9中的暖气散热片7和地热散热器8循环连接,从而保证了在冬天也能进行温室生产。本装置除了应用于太阳能给沼气池增温和所生产的沼气为农民取暖做饭洗浴,同时采用热泵3通过空气源管d连接到冷藏装置2,能源循环回路将冷能传导给冷藏装置2,充分利用能源,使温室能源消耗几乎降为零。

Claims (4)

1.一种温室太阳能沼气补热装置,其特征是:热水容器通过管道分别与太阳能集热器、沼气池水套和沼气燃烧炉的热水器连接成热对流循环回路,热水容器还通过管道与温室内设置的散热装置连接成热对流循环回路。
2.按权利要求1所述的温室太阳能沼气补热装置,其特征是:温室内设置的散热装置为埋于土壤下的地热散热器和装于温室空间的暖气散热片。
3.按权利要求2所述的温室太阳能沼气补热装置,其特征是:热水容器还通过管道与热泵连接成热对流循环回路。
4.按权利要求3所述的温室太阳能沼气补热装置,其特征是:热泵的空气源管连接有冷藏装置。
