Abstract

本实用新型公开了一种用于电动汽车的相对于外转子轮毂电机而设计的内转子永磁无刷直流轮毂电机,其特征在于:电动汽车轮毂通过与内转子的连接将动力传出,定子与汽车桥轴连接,内转子与轮毂轴承外壳连接。本实用新型便于定子线圈和霍尔的出线,并且与传统电机的定子芯片可以形成系列化和通用化。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种电动汽车用轮毂电机,尤其是相对于外转子轮毂电机而设计的内转子永磁无刷直流轮毂电机。 
背景技术
现有的电动汽车用轮毂电机一般设计为外转子,这主要是方便于电动汽车轮毂的安装,存在的主要问题是由于定子置于结构之内,造成电源线出线困难,也给总体结构布置形成很大难度。 
发明内容
本实用新型仍采取传统内转子电机的一般结构,汽车轮毂通过与内转子的连接将动力传出。 
本实用新型解决其技术关键采取的措施是:定子与汽车桥轴连接,内转子与轮毂轴承外壳连接。 
本实用新型的有益之处是:1、便于定子线圈和霍尔的出线,2、与传统电机的定子芯片可以形成系列化和通用化。

具体实施方式
图1中,转子铁芯(5)固定在轮毂轴承(10)的外壳上,内转子壳(2)与转子铁芯(5)为一体,汽车轮毂(1)通过螺栓与内转子壳(2)连接,定子铁芯(3)通过壳体与桥轴端盘(7)连接,定子铁芯(3)线圈相对于壳体的位置上开出线口(4),将定子线圈和霍尔的线引出,霍尔定盘(6)通过键与桥轴(9)固定,霍尔动盘(8)与转子铁芯连接。 
图2中,外转子(11)与汽车轮毂连接并一起旋转,定子铁芯(3)的线圈出线通过与之连接的桥轴端盘(7)上的出线口(4)引出。 

Claims (2)

1.一种内转子永磁无刷直流轮毂电机,其特征在于:电动汽车轮毂通过与内转子的连接将动力传出,定子与汽车桥轴连接,内转子与轮毂轴承外壳连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述内转子永磁无刷直流轮毂电机,其特征在于:转子铁芯固定在轮毂轴承的外壳上,内转子壳与转子铁芯为一体,汽车轮毂通过螺栓与内转子壳连接,定子铁芯通过壳体与桥轴端盘连接,定子铁芯线圈相对于壳体的位置上开出线口,将定子线圈和霍尔的线引出,霍尔定盘通过键与桥轴固定,霍尔动盘与转子铁芯连接。
