背景技术
由于经济的发展,人们的物质文化生活水平逐渐提高,随着用电量逐步增加,输配电设备负荷不断增大,35千伏,110千伏,220千伏等输电线路的设备线夹容易出现过热现象,给安全生产带来很大的风险。不仅降低了供电的可靠性,而且会因此增加巡视和检修的工作量。
设备线夹发热的根本原因是由两个设备线夹接触面的电阻和导通的电流决定的。线路电流的大小是有用户负荷大小决定的,一般不可控制。因此只能从设备线夹接触电阻入手。接触电阻的大小与接触面、紧固程度有很大的关系,接触面越大接触电阻越小,接触越紧密电阻越小。

本实用新型为了避免现有技术存在的不足之处,提供一种Y型复合设备线夹,以增加线夹之间的接触面积,解决现有设备线夹使用中出现的易过热现象。
本实用新型解决技术问题采用如下方案:
Y型复合设备线夹,该线夹设有导线压线管和设置在导线压线管一端的用于连接该两个线夹的连接端,其结构特点在于,所述线夹的连接端为具有上、下两个接触面板的U型结构,所述上、下接触面板之间的间距与上接触面板或下接触面板的厚度相等,所述的上、下接触面板上设置有连接孔,线夹之间通过连接端的U型结构交叉并由螺栓穿过连接孔将两线夹固定。
与已有技术相比,本实用新型有益效果具体体现在:
1、本实用新型将现有设备线夹的连接部的一个连接板,设计为具有U型结构的上下两个连接板,线夹之间通过连接部的U型结构交叉连接,形成三个接触面,比原有设备线夹增大两倍的接触面,总导电片数为四片,导电能力增加两倍,发热程度大大降低。
2、本实用新型材料增加较少,连接可靠,减少故障次数,增加供电可靠性。

参见图1至图3,该线夹设有导线压线管3和设置在导线压线管3一端的用于连接该两个线夹的连接端,其连接端为具有上、下两个接触面板的U型结构,上接触面板1和下接触面板2之间的间距与上接触面板或下接触面板的厚度相等,(一般接触面板的厚度d为6-10毫米,即能保证设备线夹的强度即可)在上、下接触面板上设置有连接孔(连接孔的多少,根据Y型连接板大小而确定,可以为一个、两个或四个),线夹之间通过连接端的U型结构交叉并由螺栓穿过连接孔将两线夹固定。
