背景技术
长期以来互感器浇注工艺方法很多，但在工艺上也存在很多缺陷，严重影响互感器产品的质量。 
发明内容
为了解决以上问题，本实用新型提出了一种浇注式互感器器身定位调节装置。 
本实用新型包括由固定杆、固定销、垫块、吊绳、吊板、顶丝、盖板、浇口组成；在互感器浇注模具的盖板上，安装2个固定杆，下面安装有4个高出盖板的固定销，使器身、垫块、4个固定销紧密配合，调节联接在吊板上的顶丝，使顶丝旋转，吊板升起，然后在用吊绳通过浇注口将器身、垫块固定在吊板上准确定位。 
本实用新型的优点在于： 
1、采用一种在盖板上部安装2个固定杆，吊板与固定杆活动配合，吊板上安装顶丝，调节顶丝旋转使吊板移动。此种结构的互感器器身定位调节装置，在生产过程中使器身具有相对稳定性。 
2、保证了器身在模具内有固定的电气距离，有效准确定位和压紧，使器身不存在偏心，减少了浇注口和浇注体的外观处理，节省了大量劳动时间，降低了生产成本，体现了工艺的科学性，合理性，生产的安全性，提高了产品的合格率及工作效率。 
3、本实用新型公开一种轻便、易调节互感器器身定位的装置，采用可调节高度来定位，此定位装置解决了影响互感器产品质量的很多缺陷。

具体实施方式
本实用新型包括固定杆1、固定销2、垫块3、吊绳4、吊板5、顶丝6、盖板7、浇口8组成。结构原理是在互感器浇注模具的盖板7上，安装2个固定杆1，下面安装有4个高出盖板7的固定销2。使器身、垫块3、4个固定销2紧密配合，调节联接在吊板5上的顶丝6，使顶丝6旋转，吊板5升起，然后在用吊绳4通过浇注口8将器身、垫块3固定在吊板5上准确定位。 
本实用新型公开一种轻便，易调节互感器器身定位装置，加工工艺简单，装配工艺简单、易操作，节省了大量劳动时间，降低了生产成本，体现了工艺的科学性，合理性，生产的安全性，提高了产品的合格率及工作效率。

1.浇注式互感器器身定位调节装置，其特征在于：由固定杆、固定销、垫块、吊绳、吊板、顶丝、盖板、浇口组成；在互感器浇注模具的盖板上，安装2个固定杆，下面安装有4个高出盖板的固定销，使器身、垫块、4个固定销紧密配合，调节联接在吊板上的顶丝，使顶丝旋转，吊板升起，然后在用吊绳通过浇注口将器身、垫块固定在吊板上准确定位。
