Abstract

一种空调器室外机，包括壳体和接线端子台；接线端子台外设置有保护盖。保护盖表面设置有穿线孔和连接耳。保护盖的底面和/或穿线孔设置有密封圈。本实用新型通过保护盖将接线端子台密封，一旦制冷剂出现泄漏以及接线端子台产生火花时，可以有效隔离接线端子台产生的火花与制冷剂，防止空调器燃烧甚至爆炸，提高了空调器的安全性能。同时，保护盖可以使接线端子台不长时间裸露，更耐腐蚀，延长其使用寿命。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种空调器室外机，特别是一种尤其适应于使用如R290、R32、R161等可燃冷媒的空调器室外机。
背景技术
现有的空调器多用R22与R410A，，但从ODP与GWP的指标来衡量，这两者对环境影响较大，随着节能和环保的要求越来越高，如何选择对环境影响较小的制冷剂成为研究的关键。在该背景下，低GWP值的可燃性制冷剂进入视线，如R290(丙烷)，R32(二氟甲烷)，R161(一氟乙烷)等。但是，由于该类制冷剂具有可燃性，在空调器上设置针对性的安全措施就相当必要。在现有的空调器室外机中，端子台用来连接室内机与室外机的连接线，端子台裸露在压缩机所处的空间内，当使用可燃性制冷剂的空调室外机发生制冷剂泄露时，如果端子台产生电火花，就有可能成为引火源。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的旨在提供一种结构简单合理、安全可靠、的空调器室外机，以克服现有技术中的不足之处。
按此目的设计的一种空调器室外机，包括壳体和接线端子台；其结构特征是接线端子台外设置有保护盖。
所述保护盖表面设置有穿线孔和连接耳。
所述保护盖由钣金材料、金属铸件或耐火塑料制成；保护盖的底面和/或穿线孔设置有密封圈。
所述壳体内设置有室外热交换器、控制部件和使用可燃冷媒的压缩机；控制部件和压缩机与接线端子台电连接，接线端子台设置在壳体侧板上。
本实用新型通过保护盖将接线端子台密封，一旦制冷剂出现泄漏以及接线端子台产生火花时，可以有效隔离接线端子台产生的火花与制冷剂，防止空调器燃烧甚至爆炸，提高了空调器的安全性能。同时，保护盖可以使接线端子台不长时间裸露，更耐腐蚀，延长其使用寿命。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图及实施例对本实用新型作进一步描述。
参见图1-图4，本空调器室外机，包括壳体和接线端子台6；接线端子台6外设置有保护盖1。保护盖1由钣金材料、金属铸件或耐火塑料制成。保护盖1表面设置有穿线孔1.2和连接耳1.1。
室外机包括壳体以及设置在壳体内的室外热交换器4、控制部件3和使用可燃冷媒的压缩机5；控制部件3和压缩机5与接线端子台6连接，接线端子台6设置在壳体右侧的侧板2上，保护盖1的连接耳1.1通过螺钉与接线端子台6固定连接。
上述保护盖1的底面和/或穿线孔1.2还可设置密封圈，以进一步防止可燃冷媒气体进入保护盖内。耐火塑料具体是达到最高防火等级的塑料材料。可燃冷媒为R290(丙烷)、R32(二氟甲烷)、R161(一氟乙烷)等。
本实用新型除了上述实施例之外，还有很多变形，如果本技术领域的技术人员在本实用新型的基础上作出显而易见的、非实质性的改变，或者变形均归属于本实用新型权利要求保护的范围内。

1.一种空调器室外机，包括壳体和接线端子台(6)；其特征是接线端子台(6)外设置有保护盖(1)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的空调器室外机，其特征是所述保护盖(1)表面设置有穿线孔(1.2)和连接耳(1.1)。
3.根据权利要求2所述的空调器室外机，其特征是所述保护盖(1)由钣金材料、金属铸件或耐火塑料制成；保护盖(1)的底面和/或穿线孔(1.2)设置有密封圈。
4.根据权利要求1或2或3所述的空调器室外机，其特征是所述壳体内设置有室外热交换器(4)、控制部件(3)和使用可燃冷媒的压缩机(5)；控制部件(3)和压缩机(5)与接线端子台(6)电连接，接线端子台(6)设置在壳体侧板(2)上。
