Abstract
本实用新型涉及一种可调式临边洞口防护装置，该装置由支撑母管、伸缩螺杆、蝶形螺母和直角卡板组成。支撑母管采用壁厚不小于3mm的φ48焊接钢管制作而成。伸缩螺杆采用冷轧螺杆，螺杆为通长梯形螺纹。蝶形螺母为一次铸造成型，内部螺纹与螺杆螺纹配套。直角卡板采用角钢制作而成，直角卡板背面分别与支撑母管、伸缩螺杆焊接连接。使用前将蝶形螺母套于伸缩螺杆上，再将伸缩螺杆间隙插入支撑母管中。使用时对蝶形螺母进行调节，改变伸缩螺杆露出支撑母管的长度，使直角卡板与两侧墙内角(或柱内角)卡紧，这样即完成了该装置的安装。该装置结构简单，安装和拆卸方便，防护效果好，且能达到重复使用、节约材料、降低施工成本的目的。

本实用新型涉及一种可调式临边洞口防护装置。
(二)背景技术
现有建筑楼层临边洞口安全防护措施中，多采用Φ48脚手钢管搭设成架体，再与两侧墙体(或柱体)连接，形成防护模式，其搭设比较繁琐，材料使用多，对地面施工造成影响，且操作不便，施工速度慢。
(三)发明内容
为了克服上述缺陷，本实用新型提供一种可调式建筑楼层临边洞口防护装置，具有结构简单，操作方便，施工效率高等特点。
本实用新型解决其技术问题所采取的技术方案是：该种可调式建筑楼层临边洞口防护装置由支撑母管、伸缩螺杆、蝶型螺母和直角卡板组成。支撑母杆采用壁厚不小于3mm的φ48焊接钢管制作而成。伸缩螺杆采用冷轧螺杆，螺杆为通长梯形螺纹，螺纹间距5～7mm，伸缩螺杆外径略小于支撑母管内径，伸缩螺杆与支撑母管间隙配套。蝶型螺母为一次铸造成型，内部螺纹与螺杆螺纹配套。直角卡板采用角钢制作而成，直角卡板背面分别与支撑母管、伸缩螺杆焊接连接。使用前将蝶型螺母套于伸缩螺杆上，再将伸缩螺杆间隙插入支撑母管中。使用时对蝶型螺母进行调节，改变伸缩螺杆露出支撑母杆的长度，使直角卡板与两侧墙内角(或柱内角)卡紧，这样即完成了该装置的安装。
本实用新型的有益效果是，该装置结构简单，安装和拆卸方便，防护效果好，且能达到重复使用、节约材料、降低施工成本的目的。

具体实施方式：可调式临边洞口防护装置由支撑母管1、伸缩螺杆2、蝶型螺母3和直角卡板4组成。施工时对蝶型螺母3进行调节，改变伸缩螺杆2露出支撑母管1的长度，使直角卡板4与两侧墙内角(或柱内角)卡紧，这样即完成了该装置的安装。

1.一种可调式临边洞口防护装置，其特征在于：所述防护装置由支撑母管、伸缩螺杆、蝶型螺母和直角卡板连接组成，支撑母管、伸缩螺杆分别与直角卡板焊接连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的防护装置，其特征在于：所述支撑母管为管壁厚不小于3mm的φ48焊接钢管。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的防护装置，其特征在于：所述伸缩螺杆为冷轧螺杆，螺杆为通长梯形螺纹，螺纹间距5～7mm，伸缩螺杆与支撑母管间隙配套。
4.根据权利要求1或3所述的防护装置，其特征在于：蝶形螺母为一次铸造成型，内部螺纹与伸缩螺杆螺纹配套。
5.根据权利要求1所述的防护装置，其特征在于：直角卡板采用角钢制作而成，直角卡板背面分别与支撑母管、伸缩螺杆焊接连接。
