Abstract
本实用新型公开了对接脚手架扣件，本实用新型涉及一种建筑脚手架固定零件，特别是对钢管脚手架进行固定的零件。实用新型的目的是提供一种经过改进的钢管脚手架对接安全方便的扣件，以解决现有扣件存在的安装不便和螺栓脱落导致的安全性问题。本实用新型产品包括压盖、杆芯、螺杆和螺母，螺杆穿过杆芯和两侧压盖中部的孔，通过螺母将扣件固定，螺母设置在螺杆头部；其特征在于两压盖和杆芯之间设置有压簧，螺杆头端部的螺纹为倾斜状态。本实用新型采用弹性压簧使钢管安装更加方便安全，同时由于螺杆头端部倾斜螺纹的设置使得扣件安全性有了保障，显著提高了其安全性。

技术领域：本实用新型涉及一种建筑脚手架固定零件，特别是对钢管脚手架进行固定的零件。
背景技术：
在建筑施工过程中，尤其是在高层建筑的施工过程中，为了施工方便，都采用搭建脚手架等方式，用钢管组建施工的脚手架等均采用脚手架扣件。传统扣件由铸铁杆芯、铸铁盖板和连接螺栓等构成，杆芯位于两相对位置的弧形盖板之间，杆芯与盖板的一侧均连接在同一转轴上。使用时，杆芯的两头分别插入对接的两钢管中，两压盖合上后在另一侧用螺栓固定，从而将两钢管对接起来。现有铸铁扣件产品在安装时存在费时费力，效率不高问题。另外由于采用螺栓固定，在使用过程中由于脚手架的晃动和移动等因素容易导致螺栓脱落，脚手架容易散落的危险。在建筑施工中容易造成安全问题。
发明内容：
本实用新型的目的是提供一种经过改进的钢管脚手架对接安全方便的扣件，以解决现有扣件存在的安装不便和螺栓脱落导致的安全性问题。
本实用新型产品包括压盖、杆芯、螺杆和螺母，螺杆穿过杆芯和两侧压盖中部的孔，通过螺母将扣件固定；其特征在于两压盖和杆芯之间设置有压簧，螺杆头端部螺纹为乱扣状态。
两压盖的中心部位的孔为方孔，压簧为螺旋形结构。螺杆头端部的螺纹倾斜角度在10度以上。螺杆为方头圆帽的马车栓。
杆芯横断面为工字形结构。杆芯为球磨铁材料。杆芯中部设有通过螺杆的孔。压盖为Q235钢板冲压成形件，压盖不会断裂。
有益效果：本实用新型采用弹性压簧使钢管安装更加方便安全，同时由于螺杆头端部倾斜螺纹的设置使得扣件安全性有了保障，显著提高了其安全性。
本实用新型的两压盖和杆芯之间加簧后可使压盖始终处于张开的状态，脚手架钢管可顺利插入。本实用新型两压盖的中心部位均为方孔便于方头圆帽螺栓紧固。本实用新型螺杆螺纹头部砸坏后呈倾斜状态可防螺母滑脱。

具体实施方式：
如图1-4所示，本实用新型由压盖2、杆芯1、螺杆3和螺母4，螺杆穿过杆芯的孔8和两侧压盖中部的孔6，通过螺母将扣件固定，螺母设置在螺杆头部；两压盖和杆芯之间分别设置有压簧5，螺杆头端部螺纹7为倾斜或乱扣状态。杆芯位于两个压盖2中间。
使用时扣件已经组成完成，且螺杆端部螺纹7已被重力捶击为倾斜状态，将螺母拧松，将两钢管分别插入杆芯，然后拧紧螺母，固定钢管即可。

1.一种对接脚手架扣件，包括压盖、杆芯、螺杆和螺母，螺杆穿过两侧压盖中部的孔和杆芯，通过螺母将扣件固定，其特征在于两压盖和杆芯之间设置有压簧，螺杆头端部的螺纹为乱扣状态。
2.一种如权利要求1所述的对接脚手架扣件，其特征在于所述压盖中心部位的孔为方孔。
3.一种如权利要求1所述的对接脚手架扣件，其特征在于所述压簧为螺旋形结构。
4.一种如权利要求1所述的对接脚手架扣件，其特征在于所述螺杆头端部的螺纹呈乱扣状态。
5.一种如权利要求1所述的对接脚手架扣件，其特征在于所述螺杆为方头圆帽的马车栓。
