本实用新型涉及PCB(Printed Circuit Board)印制线路板领域，尤其是指用于PCB工作板辅助分边工具。
背景技术
PCB广泛应用于我们所能见到的电子设备，小到电子表、计算器、通过电脑，大到计算机、通讯电子设备、军用武器系统，只要有集成电路等电子元器件，他们之间电气互连都要用到PCB。除了固定各种小零件以外，它提供集成电路等各种电子元器件固定装配的机械支撑、实现集成电路等各种电子元器件之间的布线和电气连接或电绝缘、提供所要求的电气特性，如特性阻抗等。同时为自动锡焊提供阻焊图形；为元器件插装、检查、维修提供识别字符和图形。随着电子设备越来越复杂，需要的零件越来越多，PCB上头的线路与零件也越来越密集。目前PCB工作板工艺边手动分板时费力，速度慢，作业强度大，板易破损，生产效率低。因此，实有必要提供一种新的PCB分板以解决上述问题。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种安全简便、操作省力、劳动强度小、耗用时间短，成本低廉的用于PCB工作板辅助分边工具。
本实用新型的目的是以如下方式实现的：一种用于PCB工作板辅助分边工具，所述的分边工具为长方体形，其侧面上设有一条凹槽。
作为本实用新型的一种改进，其中，所述凹槽的深度小于PCB板工艺边，凹槽的厚度大于PCB板厚度。
本实用新型的优点：在设有凹槽后的分边工具，操作简单、省力、速度快2-3S/PCS，作业劳动强度小，分开后的PCB板边光滑、齐整，提高了生产效率。

见图1，本实用新型所述的分边工具为长方体形，其侧面上设有一条凹槽2，所述凹槽2
的深度小于PCB板工艺边，凹槽2的厚度大于PCB板厚度，其工作原理是所述凹槽2的厚度为H，PCB板厚度为h，且H比h厚0.5mm。只需将所需要分边的PCB板的工艺边侧插入凹槽2中，向一侧轻轻推压，可以将PCB板的工艺边扮离。
