本实用新型涉及一种疏水装置，特别涉及一种蒸汽除水疏水装置。
背景技术
在工业生产中需要使用大量蒸汽，主要用于热量交换、物料传热，蒸汽疏水阀主要用于蒸汽供热设备和蒸汽管道上，能自动地排除蒸汽使用设备和管道中的冷凝水、空气及其它不可凝结的气体，还能防止蒸汽泄漏，是一种自动疏水阀门。蒸汽疏水阀在蒸汽使用系统的节能方面起着不可忽视的关键作用，但疏水阀不能满足在水含量较大的蒸汽管线上使用。为排除含水量较大的蒸汽管线中的冷凝水，需要设计新型的蒸汽疏水装置，以满足现有生产的需要。

本实用新型要解决的技术问题是：针对现有技术不足，提供一种结构简单、成本低、使用方便的蒸汽除水疏水装置。

一种蒸汽除水疏水装置，包括疏水阀、除水器，疏水阀设置在除水器的下方，除水器内设有挡板和填料，蒸汽除水疏水装置还设有法兰和封头。
所述填料为不锈钢丝网，所述疏水阀为浮球式疏水阀。

具体实施方式
实施例一：参见图1，一种蒸汽除水疏水装置，包括浮球式疏水阀、除水器，浮球式疏水阀设置在除水器的下方，除水器内设有挡板和填料，蒸汽除水疏水装置还设有法兰和封头，填料采用不锈钢丝网。
蒸汽除水疏水装置采用法兰直接安装在蒸汽管线上。当蒸汽进入除水器时，挡板和不锈钢丝网将冷凝水沉降，汇集至浮球式疏水阀处排出，从而保证过滤后的蒸汽为饱和蒸汽，冷凝水从下面的浮球式疏水阀流出。
实施例二：同例一基本相同，不同之处为：除水器内填料为其他耐高温填料，如耐高温塑料网。

1.一种蒸汽除水疏水装置，其特征是：包括疏水阀、除水器，疏水阀设置在除水器的下方，除水器内设有挡板和填料，蒸汽除水疏水装置还设有法兰和封头。

3. 根据权利要求1所述的蒸汽除水疏水装置，其特征是：所述疏水阀为浮球式疏水阀。
