背景技术:
目前大多数的双金属复合管采用内管和外管的机械结合,经冷拔或冷旋压制而成,该双金属复合管存在一定的缺陷,因无法彻底消除间隙气体造成内管热态失稳,从而降低了复合管的耐蚀能力,大大增加了成本。
发明内容:
本实用新型的目的是为了克服以上的不足,提供一种结构合理、提高耐蚀能力、降低成本的一种双金属复合管。
本实用新型的目的通过以下技术方案来实现:一种双金属复合管,包括基体管,基体管的内部设有内覆层管,基体管与内覆层管之间设有铜基或镍基钎焊层,内覆层管上设有一焊缝。
本实用新型与现有技术相比具有以下优点:
内覆层管采用不锈钢制成,生产成本低,基体管与内覆层管之间通过铜基或镍基钎焊层粘附,结合强度高,使用安全,大大提高耐腐蚀能力。
