背景技术
目前,在给水管道中大量使用塑料管件和管子,由于这类管件和管子暴露在阳光下时,紫外线容易使塑料老化,从而使塑料管件和塑料管过早失效,现在有衬塑铝合金管并使用不锈钢管件连接管道,可以避免塑料因紫外线而过早老化,但更多的工地使用衬塑铝合金管与塑料管件连接,紫外线仍会使此类管件老化。

本实用新型克服了现有技术的不足,提供一种能防止紫外线直接照射塑料管件的包覆,连接可靠、便于施工的热熔塑料管件包覆。
为解决上述的技术问题,本实用新型采用以下技术方案:
一种热熔塑料管件包覆,包覆的内腔壁与塑料管件外壁的形状相匹配,所述包覆沿对称面分为两半。
作为优选:所述塑料管件可以是直通、弯头、三通、四通、变径直通、变径弯头、变径三通、变径四通中的一种。
与现有技术相比,本实用新型的有益效果是:
本实用新型热熔塑料管件包覆优点在于塑料管件避免了阳光的直接照射,能大幅度提高暴露在阳光下的塑料管件的使用寿命。

如图1、图2、图3和图4所示,包覆2的内腔壁与塑料管件外壁的形状相匹配,所述包覆2沿对称面分为两半,上述的塑料管件为三通5,共有三个通道口1。
本实用新型热熔塑料管件包覆原理是,根据预先设计好的管道图纸,选择合适的塑料管件和管子3,将覆盖在管子3上的金属外表面适当的剥离一段,以三通5为例,再使用热熔机将塑料管件与三个管子3连接起来,塑料管件与管子3连接处的结合缝4为三处,然后修整三处塑料管件与管子3连接处的结合缝4,再用黏合剂将包覆2粘结在剥离了金属外表的管子3和塑料管件的外壁上。
综上所述,便可以较好地实现本实用新型。
