技术领域
本实用新型涉及煤矿行业，具体的说是一种膨胀胶管，应用于煤体或岩体封孔器或灌浆塞上用来堵孔所使用的膨胀胶管。
背景技术
现有技术中所使用的胶管一般为一层或两层橡胶制成，缺点是强度低，容易坏，更换频繁，从而给用户带来许多麻烦。
发明内容
本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是克服现有技术的不足，提供一种膨胀胶管，本实用新型解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是：本实用新型的结构包括外胶层、钢丝增强层、内胶层、细钢丝，其特征在于外胶层和内胶层均为中空的圆筒形，最外层设置一层外胶层，外胶层内设置一层钢丝增强层，钢丝增强层内设置一层内胶层，钢丝增强层设置在外胶层和内胶层之间，钢丝增强层的外表面与外胶层的内表面粘接，钢丝增强层的内表面与内胶层的外表面粘接，钢丝增强层是由一根一根的细钢丝粘接组成，钢丝增强层的细钢丝呈一定角度缠绕在内胶层的上表面。
工作原理及使用说明：使用时将此胶管安装到灌浆塞或封孔器上即可，然后将灌浆塞或封孔器完全插入钻孔内，再将灌浆塞或封孔器的压力源连通，启动压力，升压至0.4Mpa时，胶管完全膨胀实现封孔，最外层设置一层外胶层，最里层设置一层内胶层，内、外胶层主要是在启动压力时膨胀从而起到堵孔的作用，在外胶层和内胶层之间设置一层钢丝增强层，钢丝增强层是由一根一根的细钢丝粘接组成，钢丝增强层的细钢丝呈一定角度缠绕在内胶层的上表面，钢丝增强层主要是起到加强的作用，防止内外胶层因压力过大而爆破。
本实用新型的有益效果是，本实用新型结构简单，增加了一层钢丝增强层，从而使承受力加大，不容易因压强过大而爆破。

1.膨胀胶管，包括外胶层(1)、钢丝增强层(2)、内胶层(3)、细钢丝(4)，其特征在于外胶层(1)和内胶层(3)均为中空的圆筒形，最外层设置一层外胶层(1)，外胶层(1)内设置一层钢丝增强层(2)，钢丝增强层(2)内设置一层内胶层(3)，钢丝增强层(2)设置在外胶层(1)和内胶层(3)之间，钢丝增强层(2)的外表面与外胶层(1)的内表面粘接，钢丝增强层(2)的内表面与内胶层(3)的外表面粘接，钢丝增强层(2)是由一根一根的细钢丝(4)粘接组成，钢丝增强层(2)的细钢丝(4)呈一定角度缠绕在内胶层(3)的上表面。
