水产养殖用的节能型叶轮式增氧机主要由浮球、支架、电机、减速箱、传动轴和叶轮盘构成,密封式的浮球装在等边三角支架三个角的下方,电机装在减速箱上,减速箱通过联杆装在三角支架中心。电机主轴与减速箱中的齿轮咬合。减速箱下的传动轴下端与叶轮盘法兰联接。本实用新型的有益效果在于运行中不翻车,便维修,电机功率小、叶轮转数高、充氧能力大、节电近一半,深受用户欢迎。

节能型叶轮式增氧机
一、技术领域:本实用新型涉及机械技术领域,特别是一种水产养殖用的节能型叶轮式增氧机。 
二、背景技术:目前水产养殖用的叶轮式增氧机普遍存在易翻车、维修不便的通病。而且,电机功率大、叶轮转数低、增氧量少、耗能高。 
三、发明内容:本实用新型旨在提供一种水产养殖用的节能型叶轮式增氧机,解决现有增氧机易翻车、维修不便,电机功率大、叶轮转数低、增氧量少,耗能高等技术问题。为此,本实用新型采用的技术方案是:该机主要由浮球、支架、电机、减速箱、传动轴和叶轮盘构成,密封式的浮球装在等边三角支架三个角的下方,电机装在减速箱上,减速箱通过联杆装在等边三角支架中心;电机主轴与减速箱中的齿轮咬合;减速箱下的传动轴下端与叶轮盘法兰联接。由于浮球受力均匀,整机在运行中不易翻车。电机由过去的3.0kw改为1.5kw,经多次试验和优化传动效率设计计算,使叶轮达到最佳的增氧转数,提高了增氧效率,充氧能力达到3.9kg(O2)/h,与传统3.0kw叶轮式增氧机充氧能力相当。该机的有益效果在于结构简单,便于维护,运行中不翻车,动力小、充氧量大,节能近一半。

五、具体实施方式:下面结合附图,详细阐述本实用新型的一个优选实施例。参见图1、图2可知,本实用新型主要由浮球1、支架2、电机3、减速箱4、传动轴5、叶轮盘6构成,密封式的浮球1装在等边三角支架2的三个角下方,电机3装在减速箱4上,减速箱4通过联杆装在等边三角支架2中心。电机3主轴与减速箱4中的齿轮咬合。减速箱4下的传动轴5下端与叶轮盘6法兰联接。

1.节能型叶轮式增氧机,主要由浮球(1)、支架(2)、电机(3)、减速箱(4)、传动轴(5)、叶轮盘(6)构成,其特征是密封式的浮球(1)装在等边三角支架(2)的三个角下方,电机(3)装在减速箱(4)上,减速箱(4)通过联杆装在等边三角支架(2)中心;电机(3)主轴与减速箱(4)中的齿轮咬合;减速箱(4)下的传动轴(5)下端与叶轮盘(6)法兰联接。
