现有燃气热水器集热器为管片式结构集热器，翅片为平板冲制出带有筒的孔与管子紧密连接实现高温气体与管中的水换热，这种平板式散热片的换热效果差。
发明内容：
本实用新型目的是提供一种换热效率高的一种热水器集热器。实现本实用新型的技术方案是，一种热水器壁挂炉集热器，包括翅片及其上均布的孔，其特征在于：翅片的一端头设有弧形折边，此弧形折边与集热器高温气体的流动方向相垂直。本实用新型与现有技术比较具有换热效率高、节能的显著优点。

具体实施方式：
现有燃气热水器集热器采用的翅片结构是，翅片为平板1，在平板上均布有与水传热管紧密配合连接的孔2，这种翅片结构当高温的气体在风机的作用下从翅片间的通道快速流出集热器，流出的气体中有部分未充分燃烧的燃气，导致燃烧不充分，热交换不充分，因而这种集热器的热效率较低。本实用新型为克服上述缺陷，将翅片与高温气体流动方向相垂直且在出口侧的端头制成一个弧形折边3，采用上述结构翅片，高温气体在翅片之间的通通流出时，由于翅片端头的弧形折边的阻挡，气体形成返流，未被燃烧的燃气得到二次燃烧，同时，延长了高温气体与翅片和管子的接触时间，从而提高了集热器的传热效率和节约了燃气能源。
