Abstract
一种螺母组件,其包括设有内螺纹孔的螺母及盖体,该螺母外周缘还设有卡持槽,该盖体包括本体及设于本体的至少三个卡爪,该卡爪卡持于该卡持槽内而将该本体盖设于该螺母上以遮蔽该螺母。因为吸嘴与本体可以贴紧吸附,不会产生空隙,防止吸嘴与螺母产生偏位,进而可以将该螺母组件准确装设于该电路板的设定位置,保证组装精度。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种螺母组件。
背景技术
工业生产中,螺母种类繁多,其常用于固定两个工件。如用于组装手机壳体与电路板时,在壳体与电路板上设有螺孔,工人手工将螺母放入螺孔内或者通过吸气嘴将螺母吸起,然后放入螺孔中。然而,手工放入生产时间长,而利用吸气嘴安装螺母时,却会由于螺母孔使吸气嘴产生偏位,甚至无法吸起,影响螺母组装质量。
实用新型内容
针对上述问题,有必要提供一种便于组装的螺母组件。
一种螺母组件,其包括设有内螺纹孔的螺母及盖体,该螺母外周缘还设有卡持槽,该盖体包括本体及设于本体的至少三个卡爪,该卡爪卡持于该卡持槽内而将该本体盖设于该螺母上以遮蔽该螺母。
上述的螺母组件包括螺母及盖体,该盖体该设于该螺母端部,并通过卡爪卡持于该螺母上;在组装螺母时,吸嘴紧紧吸附该盖体,防止发生偏位,准确定位螺母组装位置,保证组装质量。

如下具体实施方式将结合上述附图进一步说明本实用新型。
具体实施方式
请参阅图1,本实用新型的较佳实施例公开一种螺母组件,本实施例中,该螺母组件30焊接于电子装置的电路板上,用以固定其它元件,该螺母组件30包括螺母10及盖体20。
请一并参阅图2,所述螺母10包括螺母本体11及设于螺母本体11的内螺纹孔13。该螺母本体11设有外周表面15,该外周表面15为阶梯状,其包括第一位阶梯面151及第二阶梯面152,并且该第一阶梯面151高于第二阶梯面152。该第一阶梯面151上与第二阶梯面152交界处设有数个间隔设置的卡持槽16。该卡持槽16位于第二阶梯面152的一端与外界贯通。
该盖体20为金属材质或抗高温塑料材质,包括本体21及数个卡 爪22。该本体21为可以该设于该螺母本体11的内螺纹孔13的圆形平板体。本实施例中,该卡爪22为三个以保证盖体20与螺母10卡持平稳,该卡爪22间隔设于该本体21周缘并向同一方向延伸。每一卡爪22的端部设有钩部23,用以与卡持槽16卡持。
请参阅图3,该盖体20与该螺母10组装成螺母组件30时,该盖体20的本体21将该螺母10的内螺纹孔13遮盖,该卡爪22的钩部23卡持于该螺母本体11的卡持槽16内,该本体21与该螺母本体11具有一定空隙。
将螺母10置于电路板60时,真空吸嘴50对准并吸附盖体20,因为吸嘴50与本体21可以贴紧吸附,不会产生空隙,因此可防止吸嘴50与螺母产生偏位,进而可以将该螺母组件30准确装设于该电路板60的涂有锡膏的设定位置,保证组装精度。将该螺母组件30准确装设于该电路板60预装螺母位置后,吸嘴50向下推压盖体20,使该盖体20的本体21向该螺母本体11靠近,该卡爪22便与该卡持槽16脱离,移开吸嘴50。待螺母本体11与电路板60固定后,人工晃动该盖体20,使卡爪22脱离螺母本体11,从螺母本体11上取下盖体20。
本实用新型所述螺母组件30包括螺母10及盖体20,该盖体20包括平板装本体21及设于本体21的数个卡爪22,通过卡爪22卡持于该螺母10上以遮蔽内螺纹孔13。在组装螺母10时,吸嘴50紧紧吸附该本体21上,防止吸嘴与螺母发生偏位,准确定位螺母组装位置,保证组装质量。
可以理解,所述卡持槽16可设于外周表面15的任意位置,通过人工将卡爪22与卡持槽16进行解锁。
可以理解,该盖体20与该螺母10可以配套生产,螺母10的结构不局限于本实施例中所述的形状。
另外,本领域技术人员还可在本实用新型较佳实施方式权利要求公开的范围和精神内做其他形式和细节上的各种修改、添加和替换。当然,这些依据本实用新型较佳实施方式精神所做的各种修改、 添加和替换等变化,都应包含在本实用新型较佳实施方式所要求保护的范围之内。
Claims (5)
1.一种螺母组件,其特征在于:该螺母组件包括设有内螺纹孔的螺母及盖体,该螺母外周缘还设有卡持槽,该盖体包括本体及设于本体的至少三个卡爪,该卡爪卡持于该卡持槽内而将该本体盖设于该螺母上以遮蔽该螺母。
2.如权利要求1所述的螺母组件,其特征在于:该卡爪间隔设于该本体周缘并向同一方向延伸。
3.如权利要求2所述的螺母组件,其特征在于:该螺母本体设有阶梯状的外周表面,该外周表面设有第一阶梯面及第二阶梯面,该卡持槽设于该第一阶梯面与该第二阶梯面的交界处。
4.如权利要求2所述的螺母组件,其特征在于:该本体为平板体。
5.如权利要求3所述的螺母组件,其特征在于:该盖体为金属材质与塑料材质中的一种。
