Abstract

电动航空器,本实用新型的目的是将内燃机驱动的航空器改为电力驱动,简化传动机构,减轻航空器自重,节约能源,提高空气动力效率,减少环境污染,使航空器变为较安静的航空器。技术方案为:一种电动航空器,主要由螺旋桨、变速电机、逆变器、储能装置、DC/DC变流器、辅助用电系统组成。变速电机、逆变器、储能装置、DC/DC变流器、辅助用电系统安装在航空器壳内依次电连接。

本实用新型涉及一种空中运输工具,尤其涉及一种航空器。
背景技术
重于空气的轻、小、微型航空器,如固定翼、直升机、旋翼机、动力滑翔伞、动力三角翼以及无人驾驶的此类航空器迅速发展,但在动力上还是以燃油为主的内燃机驱动,存在着噪声大,耗油量大,飞行成本高,污染环境等缺点。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种电力驱动的航空器,达到安静、节能、提高空气动力效率、减少环境污染的效果。
为实现上述目的,本实用新型是通过以下技术方案来实现的:一种电动航空器,主要由螺旋桨、变速电机、逆变器、储能装置、DC/DC变流器、辅助用电系统组成。变速电机、逆变器、储能装置、DC/DC变流器、辅助用电系统安装在航空器壳内依次电连接。所述螺旋桨安装在航空器壳外的正前方,由安装在航空器壳内的变速电机驱动。所述储能装置是由动力二次电池组和充电器组成,也可由发动机、发电机、充电器、动力二次电池组组成的储能装置。后一种储能装转置具有延长留空时间,节约能源的优点。所述动力二次电池组可为多种蓄电池,优选能量高、重量轻的锂离子二次电池,适合对结构、重量要求严格的航空器,此外燃料电池有很好的应用前景。
储能装置经DC/DC变流器为辅助用电系统提供电力,辅助用电系统主要有用电设备如照明,传感器,仪表以及原为手动、液压、气动改为电动的操纵部件。
所述变速电机,从使用性能上首选PM电机。
所述的航空器可为旋翼机、直升机、固定翼飞机、动力三角翼、无人机。
上述方案的优点是:电力驱动比纯机械驱动简单,加速性能好,从而有效的缩短航空器起飞距离。有效降低航空器自重,节能效果明显,安静、减少环境污染。

具体实施方式
实施例1:如图1,变速电机2、逆变器3、动力二次电池组4、DC/DC变流器5、辅助用电系统6电连接。变速电机2驱动螺旋桨1,动力二次电池组4经DC/DC变流器5为辅助用电系统6供电,充电器9为动力二次电池组4充电。
实施例2:如图2,变速电机2、逆变器3、动力二次电池组4、DC/DC变流器5、辅助用电系统6电连接。变速电机2驱动螺旋桨1,动力二次电池组4经DC/DC变流器5为辅助用电系统6供电,发动机8带动发电机7发电经逆变器3为动力二次电池组4充电。
当然,以上所述实施例仅为本实用新型的较佳实施例,并不能因此而限制本实用新型的保护范围,故凡依本实用新型之形状、构造及原理所作的等效变化,均应涵盖于本实用新型的保护范围内。

1.一种电动航空器,其特征在于,主要由螺旋桨(1)、变速电机(2)、逆变器(3)、储能装置、DC/DC变流器(5)、辅助用电系统(6)组成,变速电机、逆变器、储能装置、DC/DC变流器、辅助用电系统安装在航空器壳内电连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种电动航空器,其特征在于,储能装置是由充电器(9)、动力二次电池组(4)组成的储能装置。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种电动航空器,其特征在于,储能装置是由发电机(7)、发动机(8)、充电器(9)、动力二次电池组(4)组成的储能装置。
