Abstract

本实用新型公开了属于新型储能装置范围的一种中小型超级电容器的装配结构。在外壳与面盖形成的密闭容器中,正、负极集流体分别与电芯的正负极空白铝箔进行激光热熔焊连接,正、负极集流体从外壳的同一端面盖引出,并与面盖的正负极引出端进行激光热熔焊连接。电芯储存的电能通过空白铝箔、上下集流体以及正负极引出端连接到负载。极大程度的降低了电芯的制作难度。此种结构的电芯制作简单,最终产品的等效串联内阻较小,提高产品的性能。

    本实用新型属于新型储能范围,特别涉及一种中小型超级电容器的装配结构。
背景技术
    目前,大多数中小型超级电容器是由电芯、正负极集流体(极耳,引流体)、外壳、面盖装配而成。面盖和外壳组装成密闭容器包容电芯,电芯存储电能并通过集流体及面盖的正负极引出端将电流连接到负载。但是,目前集流体与电芯的连接方式多为多对集流体冷铆,集流体与面盖的正负极引出端的连接方式多为超声焊及压铆,此种形式的电芯制作复杂,且产品等效串联内阻较高。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是针对现有技术中集流体与电芯的连接方式多为多对集流体冷铆,集流体与面盖的正负极引出端的连接方式多为超声焊及压铆,此种形式的电芯制作复杂,且产品等效串联内阻较高的不足,提供一种中小型超级电容器的装配结构, 其特征在于,在外壳,电芯由电芯储能材料、电芯正极空白铝箔和电芯负极空白铝箔组成,在电芯两端预留空白铝箔,正、负极集流体与电芯预留空白铝箔激光热熔焊连接,正、负极集流体引出面盖后与同端的正负极引出端激光热熔焊连接;绝缘垫片分别套在正极集流体和负极集流体上,外壳与面盖通过密封圈形成密闭环境包裹内部结构。
所述正、负极集流体从同一端的面盖引出。 
   所述 正、负极集流体应具有保证额定的载流量的厚度和宽度。
所述正、负极集流体与空白铝箔的焊斑面积以保证额定的载流量为准。
本实用新型的有益效果是集流体与面盖的正负极采用激光热熔焊极大程度的降低了各个部位之间的接触电阻,从而降低产品的等效串联内阻;取消集流体与电芯的多对冷铆方式,采取正负极单一集流体激光热熔焊,无集流体的对齐度要求,从而极大程度的降低了电芯的制作难度。此种结构的电芯制作简单,最终产品的等效串联内阻较小,提高产品的性能。

具体实施方式
本实用新型提供一种中小型超级电容器的装配结构。下面结合附图对本实用新型的作进一步的说明:在图1中, 电芯由电芯储能材料7,电芯正极空白铝箔6,电芯负极空白铝箔8组成,正极集流体3通过激光热熔焊与电芯正极空白铝箔6连接,负极集流体4通过激光热熔焊与电芯负极空白铝箔8连接,正、负极集流体从同一端的面盖2引出,同样,正极集流体3引出面盖2后与同端的正极引出端进行激光热熔焊连接,负极集流体4引出面盖2后与同端的负极引出端进行激光热熔焊连接,绝缘垫片5分别套在正极集流体3和负极集流体4上,以保证正、负极集流体的绝缘,外壳9与面盖2通过密封圈1形成密闭环境包裹内部结构。其中正、负极集流体应具有一定的厚度和宽度,保证额定的载流量。正、负极集流体与空白铝箔的焊斑面积也应保证额定的载流量,同时需要保证一定的焊接拉力,在充放电过程中,电流经过面盖的正负极引出端引出连接到负载。

1.一种中小型超级电容器的装配结构, 其特征在于,在外壳,电芯由电芯储能材料、电芯正极空白铝箔和电芯负极空白铝箔组成,在电芯两端预留空白铝箔,正、负极集流体与电芯预留空白铝箔激光热熔焊连接,正、负极集流体引出面盖后与同端的正负极引出端激光热熔焊连接;绝缘垫片分别套在正极集流体和负极集流体上,外壳与面盖通过密封圈形成密闭环境包裹内部结构。
2.根据权利要求1所述中小型超级电容器的装配结构, 其特征在于,所述正、负极集流体从同一端的面盖引出。
3.根据权利要求1所述中小型超级电容器的装配结构, 其特征在于, 所述 正、负极集流体应具有保证额定的载流量的厚度和宽度。
4.根据权利要求1所述中小型超级电容器的装配结构, 其特征在于,所述正、负极集流体与空白铝箔的焊斑面积以保证额定的载流量为准。
