Abstract
一种取暖炉,包含一底座,及一发热单元。该底座包括一个座体,及一形成于该座体顶面上的开口。该发热单元包括一设置于该座体顶面上的导流件,及一设置于该导流件上的石英玻璃管,该导流件具有一与该开口轴向连通的通孔,及数个侧向连通该通孔的空气流道,每一空气流道具有一进气口,及一由该进气口渐缩延伸且连通该通孔的连接口。利用点燃容置于该座体中的燃料以提高周围的温度,不但不会造成用电负担且使用范围广泛,而所述空气流道能使空气于石英玻璃管中形成扰流产生螺旋火焰,使燃料的燃烧更为完全。
Description
技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种取暖装置,特别是一种取暖炉。
背景技术
暖炉是一种寒冬中不可或缺的设备,特别是在高纬度的国家更是家家户户冬天的生活必需品。
现有较为常见的暖炉多是利用电力来加热空气,以达到供人取暖的效果,例如:中国台湾公告第M369436号「电暖炉结构」,以及中国台湾公告第M302691号「电暖器」等。
现有用电力来提高周围空气的温度的装置,虽然较为安全便利,但是仍具有下列缺点:
1.使用环境受限:利用电力为能源虽然方便,但是,相对的也受到电力供应的限制,因此,当在室外或是无电力供应的地方就无法使用。
2.电力负担较大:众所周知,利用电力为能源的暖炉所需功率较大,因此,若是同时启动多部暖炉可能造成线路过载而引发跳电。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种使用范围广泛,且不会造成用电负担的取暖炉。
本实用新型取暖炉,包含一底座,及一设置于该底座上的发热单元。
该底座包括一个形成有一个容置空间的座体,及一个形成于该座体顶面上且连通该容置空间的开口。
该发热单元包括一个对应该开口而设置于该座体顶面上的导流件,及一个设置于该导流件上的石英玻璃管,该导流件具有一个与该开口轴向连通的通孔,及多个侧向连通该通孔的空气流道,该石英玻璃管是环绕该通孔并向上延伸,而每一个空气流道具有一个相反于该通孔的进气口,及一个由该进气口渐缩延伸且连通该通孔的连接口。
本实用新型的目的及解决其技术问题还可采用以下技术措施进一步实现。
较佳地,前述的取暖炉,其中,该导流件具有一个设置于该座体顶面上的本体部,及一个设置于该本体部上的罩盖部,该罩盖部形成有一环绕该通孔的环框,该通孔是轴向贯穿该本体部与该罩盖部,所述空气流道是形成于该本体部上,而该石英玻璃管是嵌设于该环框中。
较佳地,前述的取暖炉,其中,该取暖炉还包含一个热扩散单元,该热扩散单元包括一个对应该通孔而设置于该导流件的罩盖部上的环座、多个由该导流件的罩盖部向上延伸的支撑柱、一个螺设于所述支撑柱相反于该环座的一端上的上盖,及多个间隔卡设在所述支撑柱上的片状金属散热件。
较佳地,前述的取暖炉,其中,该热扩散单元还包括一个连接该上盖与该石英玻璃管且侧向形成有数个排气孔的中空状连接件。
本实用新型的有益效果在于:利用该石英玻璃管将该燃料燃烧所产生的热能扩散至周围以提高周围的温度,不但不会造成用电负担而且使用范围广泛,同时利用所述空气流道能使空气于石英玻璃管中形成扰流产生螺旋火焰,使燃料的燃烧更为完全。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图及实施例对本实用新型进行详细说明,在以下的说明内容中,类似的组件是以相同的编号来表示。
参阅图1,本实用新型取暖炉2的第一较佳实施例包含一底座3,及一设置于该底座3上的发热单元4。
参阅图2、3,并回顾参阅图1,该底座3包括一个形成有一容置空间311的座体31,及一形成于该座体31顶面上且连通该容置空间311的开口32。
该发热单元4包括一对应该开32而设置于该座体31顶面上的导流件41,及一设置于该导流件41上的石英玻璃管42。
该导流件41具有一设置于该座体31顶面上的本体部411、一设置于该本体部411上的罩盖部412、一轴向贯穿该本体部411与该罩盖部412且与该开口32相互连通的通孔413,及数个形成于该本体部411上且侧向连通该通孔413的空气流道414。
每一空气流道414具有一相反于该通孔413的进气口415,及一由该进气415渐缩弯弧延伸且连通该通孔413的连接口416,而该罩盖部412形成有一环绕该通孔413以供该石英玻璃管42嵌设的环框417。该石英玻璃管42是嵌设于该环框417内而环绕该通孔413并向上延伸。
于实际应用上,是将酒精膏、煤油…等燃料200容置于该容置空间311中并将其点燃,燃料200燃烧所产生的热能会经由该石英玻璃管42向外扩散,以提高周围的温度达到取暖的效果。由于是利用点燃燃料200的热能达成取暖的效果,所以不但不会造成用电负担,而且还能用在没有电力供应或是电力供应较为紧缺的场所,使用范围广泛。
再者,利用热空气向上对流而于该石英玻璃管42内产生真空效应,因此,点燃燃料200的同时,也能导引外部空气由该导流件41的所述空气流道414导入燃料200燃烧所需的空气,由于每一空气流道414是由该进气415朝连接416渐缩延伸的特殊几何设计,能对空气产生加压集流的效果,因此,当空气由相对应的连接口416流入该通孔413中时会形成扰流,还能与沿该石英玻璃管42向上对流的热空气交互作用,而于该石英玻璃管42中产生螺旋火焰,使燃料200的燃烧更为完全。
于本较佳实施例中的本体部411整体是呈矩形,因此,还可以利用钣金成型技术加以成型,以充分节省制作工序与材料成本。
参阅图4,本实用新型取暖炉2的第二较佳实施例大致是与该第一较佳实施例相同,不相同的地方在于:该取暖炉2还包含一热扩散单元5。
该热扩散单元5包括一对应该通孔413而设置于该导流件41的罩盖部412上的环座51、数个由该导流件41的罩盖部412向上延伸的支撑柱52、一螺设于所述支撑柱52相反于该环座51的一端上的盖53、数个间隔卡设在所述支撑柱52上的片状金属散热件54,及一连接该上盖53与该石英玻璃管42且侧向形成有数个排气孔551的中空状连接件55。
于本较佳实施例中,利用相互间隔的金属散热件54,配合该环座51与上盖53,使该热扩散单元5整体概呈一球型,当然在实际应用上,随着所述金属散热件54的排列方式不同,该热扩散单元5的整体外形也能够呈现多种不同态样,不以本实施例为限。
除了能够达成该第一较佳实施例的相同的功效外,该上盖53还能避免杂质直接落入该石英玻璃管42中,确保燃烧效果稳定,配合燃料200燃烧时热空气上升以及该石英玻璃管42所产生的真空效应,能够导引气流由所述空气流道414流入后再由该连接件55的排气孔551排出,以维持燃料200的仍能持续燃烧。
在此要特别说明的是,该导流件41的本体部411除了如图3所示的型态外,也能够是如图5、6所示的型态,只要每一空气流道414是由该进气口415朝连接口416渐缩延伸的几何设计就可以达到相同的效果。
综上所述,本实用新型取暖炉2利用该石英玻璃管42将容置于该容置空间311中的燃料200燃烧所产生的热能向外扩散,以提高周围的温度达到取暖的效果,不但不会造成用电负担,而且还能用在没有电力供应或是电力供应较为紧缺的场所,使用范围广泛,同时,利用燃料200燃烧时热空气上升以及该石英玻璃管42所产生的真空效应,能导引外部空气由该导流件41的每一空气流道414的进气口415吸入,由于每一空气流道414是由该进气口415朝连接口416渐缩延伸能对空气产生加压集流的效果,因此,当空气由相对应的连接416流入该通孔413时会形成扰流,还能与沿该石英玻璃管42向上对流的热空气交互作用,而于该石英玻璃管42中产生螺旋火焰,使燃料200的燃烧更为完全,所以确实能达成本实用新型的目的。
Claims (4)
1.一种取暖炉,包含:一个底座,以及一个发热单元,该底座包括一个形成有一个容置空间的座体,及一个形成于该座体顶面上且连通该容置空间的开口,该发热单元包括一个对应该开口而设置于该座体顶面上的导流件,及一个设置于该导流件上的石英玻璃管,其特征在于:该导流件具有一个与该开口轴向连通的通孔,及多个侧向连通该通孔的空气流道,该石英玻璃管是环绕该通孔并向上延伸,而每一个空气流道具有一个相反于该通孔的进气口,及一个由该进气口渐缩延伸且连通该通孔的连接口。
2.根据权利要求1所述的取暖炉,其特征在于:该导流件具有一个设置于该座体顶面上的本体部,及一个设置于该本体部上的罩盖部,该罩盖部形成有一环绕该通孔的环框,该通孔是轴向贯穿该本体部与该罩盖部,所述空气流道是形成于该本体部上,而该石英玻璃管是嵌设于该环框中。
3.根据权利要求2所述的取暖炉,其特征在于:该取暖炉还包含一个热扩散单元,该热扩散单元包括一个对应该通孔而设置于该导流件的罩盖部上的环座、多个由该导流件的罩盖部向上延伸的支撑柱、一个螺设于所述支撑柱相反于该环座的一端上的上盖,及多个间隔卡设在所述支撑柱上的片状金属散热件。
4.根据权利要求3所述的取暖炉,其特征在于:该热扩散单元还包括一个连接该上盖与该石英玻璃管且侧向形成有数个排气孔的中空状连接件。
