技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种橡胶履带板，具体是提供一种带排沙孔的橡胶履带板。
背景技术
现有技术下的橡胶履带板如附图1所示，标注1是橡胶履带板基板，其材质为橡胶弹性体。2是用安装在铁履带上的螺栓。3是铁履带安装在轨链上的螺栓配合孔。
从以上图例上看出，现有的技术是橡胶履带板基板面上是平整的，在橡胶履带板安装在铁履带上后，整个表面是封闭的。这样履带式工程机械在行走过程中，所带动的砂土，就不会被排出，驱动轮和张紧轮在与链轨的啮合处会有很多的沙土和石子类等杂物，增加机器行走时履带张紧度，增加行走动力，就会影响链轨和驱动轮配合，增加机械的振动，增加驾驶员的疲劳强度。
发明内容
本实用新型是针对以上问题，提供一种带排沙孔的橡胶履带板，其在现有技术下的橡胶履带板基板上，对应铁履带排沙孔也预留排沙孔，这样履带式工程机械在行走时链轨中间的沙土等杂物就由铁履带排沙孔经由橡胶履带板的排沙孔排出，从而减少链轨和驱动轮的摩擦，使其配合完全，减少行走动力、降低油耗、降低机械振动，从而降低驾驶员疲劳强度。
本实用新型解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是：
一种带排沙孔的橡胶履带板，包括橡胶履带板基板，所述橡胶履带板基板上设置有螺栓和预留孔，且橡胶履带板基板正面设置有至少2块铁板，相邻两块铁板之间的橡胶履带板基板上设置有排沙孔。
本实用新型的一种带排沙孔的橡胶履带板，其结构包括：橡胶履带板基板，其材质采用橡胶弹性体；螺栓：用于装配铁履带；铁板：预埋在橡胶履带板基板中间，用于固定螺栓和保证橡胶履带的强度；预留孔：是用于铁履带和链轨装配时的螺母配合孔；排沙孔：用于排沙土作用，排沙孔的形状可以多样化。
综上所述，与现有技术相比，本实用新型的一种带排沙孔的橡胶履带板，具有设计合理、结构简单、制作成本低、能够有效排出沙土等杂物，从而降低履带内链轨和驱动轮的磨损，延长其使用寿命，并降低油耗、降低机械振动，从而降低驾驶员疲劳强度。

如附图2、3所示，一种带排沙孔的橡胶履带板，包括橡胶履带板基板1，所述橡胶履带板基板1上设置有螺栓2和预留孔3，且橡胶履带板基板1正面设置有2块铁板4，两块铁板4之间的橡胶履带板基板1上设置有排沙孔5。
本实用新型的一种带排沙孔的橡胶履带板，其排沙孔5形状不定，且可以多个并排设置，以增加橡胶履带板的美观性。
