本实用新型涉及一种贴片二极管去废边模具,特别涉及一种工作效率高的贴片二极管去废边模具。 
背景技术
贴片二极管在进行注塑成型工序后,须对二极管半成品的管体废边进行去除。目前的贴片二极管去废边模具,包括模具主体,在模具主体上端面横向排列有若干矩形空腔,各矩形空腔6的两端设有一直延伸至模具主体侧壁的通槽,使用时,二极管半成品的矩形管体刚好能够嵌入模具主体的矩形空腔内,矩形管体两端的引线位于通槽内,使得废边被挤出模具主体上表面,再使用竹片等刮擦,不会造成引线的弯曲和管体的旋转。其存在的缺点是:由于矩形空腔和通槽的尺寸刚好可嵌入二极管半成品的管体和引线,在将二极管半成品置于模具内时很不方便,花费较长的时间,延长了该道工序的整体时间,降低了工作效率。 
发明内容
本实用新型要解决的技术问题是提供一种工作效率高的贴片二极管去废边模具。 
为解决上述技术问题,本实用新型的技术方案为:一种贴片二极管去废边模具,包括模具主体,在模具主体上端面横向排列有若干矩形空腔,各矩形空腔的两端设有一直延伸至模具主体侧壁的通槽,其创新点在于:所述矩形空腔的两侧壁与模具主体上端面之间设有倒角,所述通槽的两侧壁与模具主体上端面之间设有倒角。 
本实用新型的优点在于:矩形空腔、通槽的侧壁与模具主体上端面之间设有倒角,二极管半成品在放入模具内时更加容易,缩短了放置时间,提高了去废边工序的整体工作效率。

具体实施方式
如图1、2所示,包括模具主体1,在模具主体1上端面横向排列有若干矩形空腔2,各矩形空腔2的两端设有一直延伸至模具主体1侧壁的通槽3,通槽3的两侧壁与模具主体1上端面之间设有倒角。如图3所示,矩形空腔2的两侧壁与模具主体1上端面之间设有倒角。二极管半成品在放入模具内时更加容易,缩短了放置时间,提高了去废边工序的整体工作效率。
