Abstract

本实用新型是一种磨边机装置用的磨头控制器，由磁片开关(1)、指令控制器(2)、磨头(3)组成，其特征在于磁片开关(1)安装在滚轴旁边，指令控制器(2)通过电线与磁片开关连接在一起，指令控制器(2)与磨头(3)相连。普通的磨头是固定在距离金属板20dmm的地方，当金属板的厚度不同和金属板上有锈蚀时，由于磨头距离金属板的位置不能够调动，这时金属板被打磨的量就会增大，对金属板会造成损坏，浪费资源。而磨头控制器会通过感应开关对金属板厚度的测量分析作出指令，调节磨头的高度。通过精确调节磨头的高度，使得金属板在打磨时受力均匀，更能保证金属板的厚度和平整性及金属板表面的光洁度。

本实用新型涉及一种控制器，尤其涉及一种磨边机装置用的磨头控制器。
背景技术
现阶段国内生产的打磨机上的磨头一般都是固定高度，不能进行自动调节高度，金属板只能在一个高度磨边，如果采用手工调节磨头高度，由于金属板的厚度不一致，对于金属板经过磨头时的受力不均匀，对金属板造成损害，影响后期制作，浪费资源。而且由于金属板的厚度和受力不均匀，金属摩擦时易产生火花，威胁操作人员的生命安全。
发明内容
为了解决上述问题，本实用新型提供一种可以控制磨头距离、调节金属板高度的磨边机装置用的磨头控制器，由磁片开关(1)、指令控制器(2)、磨头(3)组成，其特征在于磁片开关(1)安装在滚轴旁边，指令控制器(2)通过电线与磁片开关连接在一起，指令控制器(2)与磨头(3)相连。
本实用新型的有益效果为：通过指令控制器对磨头与金属板距离的调节，由于普通的磨头是固定在距离金属板20dmm的地方，当金属板的厚度不同和金属板上有锈蚀时，由于磨头距离金属板的位置不能够调动，这时金属板被打磨的量就会增大，对金属板会造成损坏，浪费资源。而指令控制器会通过感应开关对金属板厚度的测量分析作出指令，调节磨头的高度。通过精确调节磨头的高度，使得金属板在打磨时受力均匀，更能保证金属板的厚度和平整性及金属板表面的光洁度。

具体实施方式
根据图1所示，本实用新型的感应开关(1)在感应到金属板到达要打磨的地方时，感应开关(1)自动打开，测量金属板的厚度，并且把金属板需要打磨量的指令发送到指令控制器(2)，指令控制器(2)传送指令进行调节磨头(3)与金属板的距离，磨头(3)的气缸行程是6mm\s，磨头(3)在不工作时距离金属板是20dmm+3mm，工作时距离是20dmm，磨头(3)控制器的可控范围控制在3mm内。
