Abstract

本实用新型公开了一种新型除尘器脉冲喷吹管结构，它由压缩空气包、电磁脉冲阀、喷吹管和喷嘴组成，喷嘴的一端设置有小舌，小舌伸入到喷吹管内，可以控制和调节各个喷嘴的喷吹压力，使不同位置的喷嘴喷出的压缩空气压力相同。喷吹管与压缩空气包的接管采用承插式结构，喷吹管内有密封环，可以起到管道接头密封的作用。

本实用新型涉及一种新型除尘器脉冲喷吹管结构，属于环保除尘设备制造技术领域。
背景技术
在除尘器压缩空气脉冲喷吹清灰过程中，一般采用直接开孔或接环隙反吹套管，在直接开孔的反吹管上有的配有喷嘴，用来限制压缩空气喷吹气流的运动，上述两种结构由于在反吹风管上的前后结构一致，导致了反吹风量及压力的不均匀。在压缩空气反吹清灰过程中，压缩空气被脉冲阀瞬时释放出来，在反吹管内形成了一个带梯度的压气冲击波，使反吹风管内喷出的气体压力由近端到远端逐渐降低；由于喷吹管末端为盲管结构，喷吹管末端的动能转化为势能，随着时间的推移，反吹管末端的压力迅速升高，使反吹管远端喷出的气体压力也迅速升高，局部出现由远端到近端逐渐降低的现象，由于反吹时间一般为0.1秒，因此在反吹监测的过程中表现为反吹风压力中间低、两端高，导致了系统同一脉冲阀清灰不均匀。
反吹风管在更换滤袋时需要拆装，如何方便快速拆装并保证管道密封同样重要，现有反吹管管道结构密封效果不理想，造成了反吹清灰过程中出现“漏风”现象。
发明内容
鉴于上述存在的问题，本实用新型的目的在于提供一种新型除尘器脉冲喷吹管结构。
为实现上述目的，本实用新型采取了以下技术方案：
本实用新型所述的一种新型除尘器脉冲喷吹管结构包括有：压缩空气包、电磁脉冲阀、喷吹管和喷嘴等部分，喷嘴的一端设置有小舌，小舌伸入到喷吹管内，以达到控制和调节各个喷嘴的喷吹压力的目的。
优选地，所述的喷吹管与压缩空气包的接管采用承插式结构，喷吹管内设置有密封环，可以起到管道密封的作用。
由于采用了上述结构，本实用新型采用带不同长度小舌喷嘴深入到喷吹管内，使不同喷嘴喷吹压力达到平衡，同时在承插式快速接头内增加了密封环，加强了喷吹管的密封，使脉冲喷吹更均匀有效。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本实用新型作进一步详细的说明，但并不是对本实用新型保护范围的限制。
如图1所示，本实用新型所述的一种新型除尘器脉冲喷吹管结构，包括有：压缩空气包1、电磁脉冲阀2、喷吹管3和喷嘴5等部分。在设计除尘器喷吹管时，将喷嘴5设计成带小舌结构，并将它伸入喷吹管3内，根据喷嘴5的位置不同，喷嘴5小舌深入喷吹管3的长度不同，在小舌的调节作用下，使不同位置的喷嘴5喷出的压缩空气压力相同。同时在承插式喷吹管3接头处增加密封环4，在密封环4的作用下，使管道接头达到更好的密封效果，由于密封环4是嵌在喷吹管3接头的内侧，不易脱落且更换方便。

2.根据权利要求1所述的新型除尘器脉冲喷吹管结构，其特征在于所述的喷吹管与压缩空气包的接管采用承插式结构，喷吹管内设置有密封环。
