Abstract

本实用新型涉及一种无纺布左右贴分切机构,其特征在于该分切机构包括吸风送料装置,与该吸风送料装置相配合的分切底辊,与该分切底辊相配合的切刀轮,该切刀轮设有多个与分切底辊相切的刀片,该分切底辊的上方还设有与其相配合的压轮。本实用新型的优点在于结构简单,分切长度准确,且粘贴效果好。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及纸尿裤生产设备,具体涉及一种无纺布左右贴分切机构。
背景技术
现有的纸尿裤腰贴分切装置缺点在于送料和分切结构均无负压吸附结构,因此其附着力较差,需分切的腰贴易脱落,从而影响分切长度的准确性;且分切后粘贴在纸尿裤侧腰时粘贴效果不佳。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种用于纸尿裤生产的无纺布左右贴分切机构,工作可靠准确。
为了实现上述目的,本实用新型的技术方案如下:一种无纺布左右贴分切机构,其特征在于该分切机构包括吸风送料装置,与该吸风送料装置相配合的分切底辊,与该分切底辊相配合的切刀轮,该切刀轮设有多个与分切底辊相切的刀片,该分切底辊的上方还设有与其相配合的压轮,切刀轮的转轴、压轮的转轴均与分切底辊的转轴通过传动齿轮啮合连接。压轮表面上设有多个压块。
    左右贴开卷经牵引轮送至带负压的吸风送料装置,由吸风送料装置吸附后送至分切底辊,分切底辊和切刀轮同步旋转至接触点时,切刀将左右贴切断成所需长度,由分切底辊吸附转移到与主线通过的无纺布接触点时,释放负压,再由压轮将带有胶的左右贴贴于无纺布,并通过压块压合后送至主机。本实用新型的优点在于结构简单,分切长度准确,且粘贴效果好。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和施工实例对本实用新型作详细使用说明。
一种无纺布左右贴分切机构,其特征在于该分切机构包括吸风送料装置1,与该吸风送料装置1相配合的分切底辊2,与该分切底辊2相配合的切刀轮3,该切刀轮3设有多个与分切底辊相切的刀片4,该分切底辊2的上方还设有与其相配合的压轮5,切刀轮3的转轴13、压轮5的转轴12均与分切底辊2的转轴11通过传动齿轮啮合连接。压轮5表面上设有多个压块6。其中分切底辊和切刀轮均为左右对称的两个,压轮表面也相应设有两组压块,每个切刀轮上的切刀数量和每组压块的数量相同,在本实施例中均为六个。在本实施例中,所述传动齿轮采用组合式结构,可调整相位和消除齿隙。
如图所示,左右贴开卷10经牵引轮送至带负压的吸风送料装置1,由吸风送料装置1吸附后送至分切底辊2(9为左右贴开卷送至分切底辊点),分切底辊2和切刀轮3同步旋转至接触点时,切刀将左右贴切断成所需长度,由分切底辊吸附转移到与主线通过的无纺布接触点时,释放负压,再由压轮将带有胶的左右贴贴于无纺布,并通过压块压合后送至主机。分切底辊内设有若干个负压孔道,每个负压孔道设有多个与分切底辊表面连接的负压微孔管道,该若干个负压孔道与负压供给单元连接,用以提供工作所需负压。该若干个负压孔道分成相互独立的几个部分,该几个部分的数量与每组压块的数量及每组切刀的数量一致。由负压供给单元需保证每一部分及时带压,及时断压,保证在分切前左右贴始终吸附在底辊上,切断后的胶条不提前掉片,但是在由分切底辊吸附转移到与主线7通过的无纺布接触点8时,需及时释放负压,使得胶条能与无纺布顺利粘合。    
本实用新型的吸风送料装置和分切底辊均带有负压,保证输送、转移时定位准确。压轮采用一圈六块压块的结构,降低切刀轮、分切底辊和压轮的转速,保证机构工作的稳定性。压轮采用组合式镶有压块,可根据产品要求宽度而变化。本实用新型的两个分切底辊固定在同一根转轴上,两个切刀轮也固定在同一根转轴上,这样能保证内外分切转移一致。

1.一种无纺布左右贴分切机构,其特征在于该分切机构包括吸风送料装置,与该吸风送料装置相配合的分切底辊,与该分切底辊相配合的切刀轮,该切刀轮设有多个与分切底辊相切的刀片,该分切底辊的上方还设有与其相配合的压轮。
2.按权利要求1所述的左右贴分切机构,其特征在于:压轮表面上设有多个压块。
3.按权利要求1所述的左右贴分切机构,其特征在于:分切底辊和切刀轮均为左右对称的两个,压轮表面也相应设有两组压块,每个切刀轮上的切刀数量和每组压块的数量相同。
4.按权利要求3所述的左右贴分切机构,其特征在于:每个分切底辊内设有若干个负压孔道,每个负压孔道设有多个与分切底辊表面连接的负压微孔管道,该若干个负压孔道分成相互独立的几个部分。
5.按权利要求3所述的左右贴分切机构,其特征在于:两个分切底辊固定在同一根转轴上,两个切刀轮也固定在同一根转轴上。
6.按权利要求5所述的左右贴分切机构,其特征在于:切刀轮的转轴、压轮的转轴均与分切底辊的转轴通过传动齿轮啮合连接。
