Abstract

本实用新型涉及矩形板球面压电超声马达,属于一种驱动机构。矩形板定子上有凸起、矩形基板胶层、压电振子,压电振子粘贴在矩形基板的背面,矩形基板的另一面分布四个凸起,钢球转子放置在凸起上。本实用新型的优点在于:结构新颖简单,形式多样化且可实现多自由度运动控制,定子体积小、重量轻、易加工、驱动力大。

本实用新型属于---一种驱动机构,尤其是指一种压电驱动超声马达。 
背景技术
当前的多自由度压电超声马达有圆柱形定子式、方柱形定子式、圆环形定子式等,普遍存在的问题是定子体积较大并且复杂,加工难度大等缺陷。 
发明内容
本实用新型提供一种矩形板球面压电超声马达,以解决当前的多自由度压电超声马达,定子体积较大并且复杂,加工难度大的问题。 
本实用新型采取的技术方案是:矩形板定子上有凸起、矩形基板胶层、压电振子,压电振子粘贴在矩形基板的背面,矩形基板的另一面分布四个凸起,钢球转子放置在凸起上。 
本实用新型的优点在于:结构新颖简单,形式多样化且可实现多自由度运动控制,定子体积小、重量轻、易加工、驱动力大,在机器人关节驱动、航天器等机构中具有较好的应用前景。

具体实施方式
矩形板定子2上有凸起2.1、矩形基板胶层2.2、压电振子2.3,压电振子2.3粘贴在矩形基板的背面,矩形基板的另一面分布四个凸起2.1,钢球转子1放置在凸起2.1上。 
本实用新型的工作方式是:给压电振子施加驻波激励信号,压电振子产生振动,带动矩形基板振动,经凸起放大后,拨动钢球转子转动。

1.一种矩形板球面压电超声马达,其特征在于:矩形板定子上有凸起、矩形基板胶层、压电振子,压电振子粘贴在矩形基板的背面,矩形基板的另一面分布四个凸起,钢球转子放置在凸起上。
