技术领域
本实用新型涉及电器开关元件领域，具体说是一种自动螺钉机的接线柱传送装置。
背景技术
目前，人们普遍使用的电器开关中均装设有接线柱，而接线柱上都旋接有紧固螺钉。然而，现有的接线柱和紧固螺钉的装配均是人手安装。其工序是先用人工对接线柱和紧固螺钉进行定位操作，然后用风批进行旋接。这种安装方式存在着两个重大缺陷：其一，接线柱和紧固螺钉定位是一一对应的，所以在装配过程中需要浪费大量的人力，特别是在大批量生产的情况下，其装配的效率很低，不能适应电器开关的生产需求；其二，接线柱和紧固螺钉的连接为旋接，其一般是在接线柱和紧固螺钉定位完成后以风批实现，而利用人手进行定位操作的过程中，很容易出现接线柱和紧固螺钉的螺纹错位、旋接后紧固螺钉倾斜等现象，其废品率较高。因此，目前接线柱和紧固螺钉的装配装置均有待于进一步改善。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于克服现有技术的不足，提供一种结构简单、传动效率高且可靠性强的自动螺钉机的接线柱传送装置。
本实用新型的发明目的是这样实现的：一种自动螺钉机的接线柱传送装置，包括底座，设在底座上的置物盘，其特征在于：所述置物盘上设有滑道，底座上设有座体，座体开有定位槽，定位槽与滑道出口连通，定位槽的一端设有顶压装置。
所述顶压装置为气缸。
所述置物盘为振动式输送盘。
所述定位槽的上方设有监控装置。
所述监控装置安装在座体上。
所述监控装置为电眼。
本实用新型的自动螺钉机的接线柱传送装置对现有技术进行改进，通过把置物盘、滑道及带定位槽的座体的连通，实现接线柱由输送到定位安装的全自动化操作，大大减少了接线柱装配的人力需求，且提高了接线柱装配的效率。此外，在座体上设置监控装置，且监控装置设于定位槽的上方，使用者可以方便的监测传送装置的运行情况，如出现卡件、断件等情况时可立刻对传送装置进行调整，极大的提高了接线柱装配后的成品率。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本实用新型作进一步的描述。
根据附图1和附图2所示，本实用新型的自动螺钉机的接线柱传送装置主要包括底座1和置物盘2，置物盘2固定安装在底座1上，为了使接线柱的传送实现单个排列，置物盘2采用振动式输送盘。底座1上设置有一座体4，该座体4固定于底座1上，且其上开有定位槽5，定位槽5可对进入的接线柱进行定位，使紧固螺钉可很方便的与接线柱旋接。定位槽5和置物盘2之间设置有滑道3，滑道3为中空槽，把定位槽5和置物盘2连通在一起。通过置物盘2、滑道3及定位槽5的连通，接线柱可在放置→定位待装实现全自动化操作，减少了大量的人力。定位槽5的一端设有顶压装置6，顶压装置6的作用是把定位槽5内的接线柱顶进装配工模内，且为了使顶压力更均匀，顶压装置6采用气缸。定位槽5的上方设有监控装置7，该监控装置7固定在座体4上，其可采用电眼或感应开关。监控装置7可监测接线柱的传输情况，方便使用者对传送装置的控制。

1.一种自动螺钉机的接线柱传送装置，包括底座（1），设在底座（1）上的置物盘（2），其特征在于：所述置物盘（2）上设有滑道（3），底座（1）上设有座体（4），座体（4）开有定位槽（5），定位槽（5）与滑道（3）出口连通，定位槽（5）的一端设有顶压装置（6）。
2.根据权利要求1所述的自动螺钉机的接线柱传送装置，其特征在于：所述顶压装置（6）为气缸。
3.根据权利要求1所述的自动螺钉机的接线柱传送装置，其特征在于：所述置物盘（2）为振动式输送盘。
4.根据权利要求1所述的自动螺钉机的接线柱传送装置，其特征在于：所述定位槽（5）的上方设有监控装置（7）。
5.根据权利要求4所述的自动螺钉机的接线柱传送装置，其特征在于：所述监控装置（7）安装在座体（4）上。
