本实用新型涉及一种基于触摸屏的液晶模组。
背景技术
纯平TP(即触摸屏)在国内发展已经逐步走向成熟。手机用户对手机的更新换代的要求越来越高,纯平TP的应用也越来越多。但是,纯平TP在手机设计上有2个棘手的问题:第一:纯平TP的开发周期过长,开发周期是1个月到2个月之间;第二,良品率比较低,约只有50%的良率,造成价格比较高。在这样的背景下,用普通触摸屏替代纯平TP进行手机触摸面板的设计,就在这样的背景下产生了。
实用新型内容
本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是提供一种基于触摸屏的液晶模组,该基于触摸屏的液晶模组结构简单、易于实施且成本低。
本实用新型为解决上述技术问题所采用的技术方案是:
一种基于触摸屏的液晶模组,包括触摸屏、显示屏、背光板和PET膜,触摸屏的下表面通过粘胶与显示屏粘合,显示屏设置在背光板上,触摸屏的上表面与PET膜粘合,背光板上设有用于与机壳配合的卡扣。
所述的卡扣为4个,背光板的四个角上各设一个。
PET膜:中文名称为聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯,英文名:polyethylene terephthalate,PET膜又名耐高温聚酯薄膜。
有益效果:
本实用新型的基于触摸屏的液晶模组,将触摸屏与手机的显示模组结合在一起作为一个新的显示模组,这样成品率高且通用性好。另外,在背光板上设置卡扣,使得显示模组与机壳能更良好地配合。

1.一种基于触摸屏的液晶模组,其特征在于,包括触摸屏、显示屏、背光板和PET膜,触摸屏的下表面通过粘胶与显示屏粘合,显示屏设置在背光板上,触摸屏的上表面与PET膜粘合,背光板上设有用于与机壳配合的卡扣。
