本实用新型涉及一种高温三通阀，主体为底部一个进口，左右两侧为出口的阀体，所述阀体的上部通过螺钉固定一阀盖，阀体与阀盖中间设有密封垫，所述阀体内腔设有一竖直阀杆；所述阀杆底部连接一阀板，阀杆的上部与阀盖密封处设有轴承；所述轴承的上方设有填料函；其特征在于：所述填料函的上方，设置在阀杆上添加一导向轴承；所述阀板的外层浇注一层耐高温保护层。此结构三通阀适用于超高温下工作，保护层的设置防止阀板在高温情况下产生气化，延长了三通阀的使用寿命，添加的导向轴承，可以更好的保证阀板在轴向方向动作，避免阀门卡死的情况发生。

技术领域
    本实用新型涉及一种用于流体管道的调节阀，尤其是涉及一种高温下预防气化的高温三通阀。
背景技术
    目前，在国内的阀业也已经越来越普及，但阀的制造工艺还是比较复杂的，对于加工精度要求比较高，维修起来也不方便，一旦发生故障，很难修复，一般制造的阀在高温情况下，由于阀板的材料选用问题导致阀板产生气化现象，影响阀的使用寿命，并且传统的阀中阀杆的轴向方向的导向由填料函控制，这样，不仅导向效果不好，同时对填料函造成损害，影响填料函的使用寿命。
发明内容
本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是提供一种延长使用寿命、防止阀板气化的高温三通阀。
本实用新型解决其技术问题所采取的技术方案是：一种高温三通阀，主体为底部一个进口，左右两侧为出口的阀体，所述阀体的上部通过螺钉固定一阀盖，阀体与阀盖中间设有密封垫，所述阀体内腔设有一竖直阀杆；所述阀杆底部连接一阀板，阀杆的上部与阀盖密封处设有轴承；所述轴承的上方设有填料函，所述填料函的上方，设置在阀杆上添加一导向轴承。
为了防止高温情况下阀板受热产生气化现象，所述阀板的外层浇注一层耐高温材料制成的保护层。
为了提高阀体的密封性，同时保证阀杆的导向运作，所述填料函为块状密封在阀盖与阀杆之间。
采用上述结构后，其特点是：此结构设计，在高温不锈钢阀板外部再浇注一层耐高温保护材料防止高温不锈钢材料气化，延长阀门的使用寿命，在填料函处添加一导向轴承，代替原有通过填料函控制阀杆的导向，可以更好的保证阀板在轴向方向动作，避免阀门卡死的情况发生。

具体实施方式
图1～图3所示一种高温三通阀，主体为底部一个进口，左右两侧为出口的阀体1，所述阀体1的上部通过螺钉固定一阀盖8，阀体1与阀盖8中间设有密封垫4，所述阀体1内腔设有一竖直阀杆2；所述阀杆2底部连接一阀板3，阀杆2的上部与阀盖8密封处设有轴承7；所述轴承7的上方设有填料函5；所述填料函5的上方，设置在阀杆2上添加一导向轴承6，所述阀板3的外层浇注一层耐高温保护层3-1；所述填料函5为块状密封在阀盖8与阀杆2之间，填料函5的块数至少为四块，这样保证了整体结构的密封性，同时保证了阀杆2的导向作用。
此结构设计，在高温不锈钢阀板3外部再浇注一层耐高温保护材料的保护层3-1，防止高温不锈钢材料气化，延长阀门的使用寿命，在填料函5处添加一导向轴承6，代替原有通过填料函5控制阀杆2的导向，可以更好的保证阀板3在轴向方向动作，避免阀门卡死的情况发生。

1.一种高温三通阀，主体为底部一个进口，左右两侧为出口的阀体（1），所述阀体（1）的上部通过螺钉固定一阀盖（8），阀体（1）与阀盖（8）中间设有密封垫（4），所述阀体（1）内腔设有一竖直阀杆（2）；所述阀杆（2）底部连接一阀板（3），阀杆（2）的上部与阀盖（8）密封处设有轴承（7）；所述轴承（7）的上方设有填料函（5）；其特征在于：所述填料函（5）的上方，设置在阀杆（2）上添加一导向轴承（6）。
2.根据权利要求1所述的高温三通阀，其特征在于：所述阀板（3）的外层浇注一层耐高温保护层（3-1）。
3.根据权利要求1所述的高温三通阀，其特征在于：所述填料函（5）为块状密封在阀盖（8）与阀杆（2）之间。
