背景技术
如图1所示，目前纺织业中生产使用的031型花式捻线机上的芯纱01，经过挡纱杆03进入空芯锭05时，由于导纱器以及挡纱杆02设计不合理，使芯纱01与前皮辊02发生磨擦，芯纱01张力较大，而前皮辊02运动的方向与芯纱01前进的方向相反，所以磨擦力很大，使用不久，前皮辊02表面就会磨出槽来，严重影响产品生产及产品质量。
实用新型内容
本实用新型所要解决的问题就是提供一种皮辊保护器，结构简单合理，制造使用方便，改进导纱方法，使芯纱不与皮辊发生磨擦，提高了皮辊的使用寿命。
为了解决上述技术问题，本实用新型采用如下技术方案：皮辊保护器，包括设在前罗拉下方的挡纱杆，其特征在于：还包括设在前皮辊前方的导纱杆，芯纱经过导纱杆和挡纱杆进入空芯锭。
进一步的，所述导纱杆的安装位置不高于前皮辊的最低点。
进一步的，所述导纱杆采用氧化铝制成。
采用上述技术方案后，本实用新型具有如下优点：使芯纱通过原来的导纱器后，再经过导纱杆，最后再经过挡纱杆进入空芯锭，使芯纱不再与皮辊发生磨擦，从而保护了皮辊，提高了使用寿命。

如图2所示本实用新型一种实施例的结构示意图，皮辊保护器，包括设在前罗拉6下方的挡纱杆3，还包括设在前皮辊2前方的导纱杆4，芯纱1经过导纱杆和挡纱杆进入空芯锭5。导纱杆的安装位置不高于前皮辊的最低点。
上述实施例中，导纱杆采用氧化铝等较耐磨的材料制成。
本实用新型使芯纱通过原来的导纱器后，再经过导纱杆，最后再经过挡纱杆进入空芯锭，使芯纱不再与皮辊发生磨擦，从而保护了皮辊，提高了使用寿命。
