本实用新型的目的在于提供一种结构简单的BOPP高透明膜。
为了实现上述目的,本实用新型所采用技术方案是:BOPP高透明膜,其特征在于它由上胶层、PP芯层和隔离层组成,PP芯层位于上胶层与隔离层之间,上胶层、PP芯层和隔离层热合成一体。
本实用新型的有益效果是:采用上述结构,具有结构简单、透明度高的特点。

具体实施方式
如图1所示,BOPP高透明膜,它由上胶层1、PP芯层2和隔离层3组成,PP芯层2位于上胶层1与隔离层3之间,上胶层1、PP芯层2和隔离层3热合成一体(送入挤出复合机挤出热合成一体,热合温度160~220℃)。
上胶层1的材料由聚丙烯(PP)和防粘剂组成,各原料所占质量百分数为:聚丙烯(PP)99.7%、防粘剂0.3%;所述防粘剂为SiO2
PP芯层2的材料为气相法生产的聚丙烯(PP)。
隔离层3的材料由聚丙烯(PP)、防粘剂和爽滑剂组成,各原料所占质量百分数为:聚丙烯(PP)97.5-98.5%、防粘剂0.5-1%、爽滑剂1-1.5%;所述防粘剂为SiO2,所述爽滑剂为芥酸酰胺、油酸酰胺或爽滑剂EBS。
本实用新型的BOPP高透明膜的雾度在0.3%以下,透明度高。
在本实用新型的BOPP高透明膜的上胶层1上再热合一涂布层,可制成标签。
