本实用新型公开了一种合金烘烤装置，包括煤气枪(1)、烘烤管(2)，所述的烘烤管(2)装在合金仓(3)中，烘烤管(2)的两端伸出合金仓(3)外与煤气枪(1)相连接。与现有技术相比，本实用新型节约煤气，能充分利用煤气燃烧的热能，热效率高，而且合金烘烤效果好，由于该是由合金堆内部向合金堆四周传热，因此热传导效率高，合金烘烤效果好，能很好的满足生产要求。

本实用新型涉及一种合金烘烤装置，属于冶金技术领域。
背景技术
合金是钢铁冶炼的重要原材料，为保证产品质量，需要通过烘烤在线去除合金中的水分。目前烘烤合金采用的方式是用煤气枪直接烘烤合金仓壁或直接烘烤合金表面，这种方式存在的缺点是：(1)煤气用量大，两种烘烤方式的热接触面积小，不能充分利用煤气燃烧的热能，热效率低。(2)合金烘不透，两种烘烤方式都是由合金堆表面向合金堆内部传热，热传导效率低，往往是合金表面烘红了但中间还是冷的，达不到使用要求。
实用新型内容
本实用新型所要解决的技术问题在于提供一种能节约煤气、烘烤效果好、热传导效率高的合金烘烤装置，从而克服上述现有技术的不足。
为解决上述技术问题，本实用新型采用如下的技术方案：一种合金烘烤装置，其构成包括煤气枪、烘烤管，所述的烘烤管装在合金仓中，烘烤管的两端伸出合金仓外与煤气枪相连接。
上述的合金烘烤装置中，所述的烘烤管两是端开口，并且在烘烤管上开有通气孔。
前述的合金烘烤装置中，在所述的烘烤管底部还开有接触槽。
有益效果：与现有技术相比，本实用新型具有以下特点：(1)节约煤气，能充分利用煤气燃烧的热能，热效率高。(2)合金烘烤效果好，由于该烘烤方式是由合金堆内部向合金堆四周传热，因此热传导效率高，合金烘烤效果好，能很好的满足生产要求。

具体实施方式
实施例1。如图1所示，包括煤气枪1、烘烤管2(烘烤管2的数量根据合金仓大小、合金数量等因素确定)，烘烤管2装在合金仓3中，烘烤管2的四周被合金6包覆，烘烤管2的两端伸出合金仓3外与煤气枪1相连接。烘烤管2是特制的，其两端开口，在烘烤管2上开有若干的通气孔4，通气孔4用于向外传递热量。在烘烤管2的底部还开有若干的接触槽5。烘烤时，煤气枪1加热烘烤管2，烘烤管2通过其通气孔4和接触槽5对合金进行加热。
