抽油杆是原油开采的关键部件。随着油田进入高含水期，管杆接触面的润滑系数大幅度地降低，改变了抽油杆的受力状况和变形程度，致使管杆偏磨腐蚀损伤越来越严重。目前抽油杆常用的防腐层是电镀铬，由于镀铬工艺会对环境存有一定的污染，故发展受到一定的障碍，因此提高抽油杆的耐腐蚀性和使用寿命具有重大的经济意义。

为了克服现有技术的不足，本实用新型提供一种表面喷涂陶瓷涂层，有效提高抽油杆耐磨强度及耐腐蚀度得的抽油杆。
为实现上述技术目的，本实用新型是采用以下技术方案实现的：一种耐磨抽油杆，包括一个杆体，杆体的两端设有接头，接头上设有接箍，其特征在于：杆体、接头、接箍外表面喷涂有陶瓷涂层。
